We interviewed 17 different contractors for bathroom renovations until we settled on Ultimate. We had planned to just do one of our bathrooms just to find out how it worked out. But after we saw what happened on the first bathroom, we ended up having two other bathrooms completed by Ultimate. These guys are worth anything they’re asking for! They weren’t the most expensive contractor that came in and they weren’t the cheapest either but as far as we’re concerned, they were the best!

Excellent. Quality work, timely, great crew. We particularly appreciated Tunch’s practicality — he told us what changes were and were not worth our money so we could get best results on our budget. Didn’t try to upsell us or give us the runaround.

Tunch, Alex, and his team did a great job with our remodel. They were on time in the mornings and did all they could every day. He provided pictures of items for us to choose from and we were also able to select from his showroom. They also came back to touch up some things we wanted. We live in area near DC where the zip code seems to inspire a 20% upcharge from many contractors. Given that, we interviewed 12 different contractors for our small bathroom project. Ultimate Remodel LLC was offered the job, we have been incredibly happy with the entire project. Their communication, planning, design, gathering of materials, installation and execution of the project were on time, and first rate. The owner, the staff, and the workers respected our home during installation, and gave us a briefing at the start of each day, and an update at the end of each day in a clear, common sense manner that was honest and true. Every step of the project was honored with integrity and quality workmanship. We ended up having significant floor joist damage and reframed the entire space. The cost was covered in the contingency, and explained, labor and materials, joist by joist. They could have taken advantage since we had no choice, but they took pride in honoring the bid, and being able to stay within budget. After installing full house insulation, new sheathing, new siding, new roofing, new hvac, two electrical projects within a year, we were amazed by the ease with which Ultimate Remodel managed our full gut bathroom project. The most important thing to us is to be able to trust our contractors, Ultimate Remodel LLC is the kind of business that inspires it. Absolute, 100 percent excellent.

Tunc's team recently did a full remodel of our basement ~10 years after they did our kitchen/main level. They do first rate work and are very flexible to change things that aren't quite what we like (even if it was agreed earlier). Tunc is a good communicator and doesn't add stress to the process.

This was our second time working with Ultimate Remodel LLC and we are thrilled with the results. The bathroom looks better than we could have imagined and the process from start to finish was made easy by Tunc and his team. We came to them with an idea of what we were looking for and a wall color, and they helped us pick corresponding cabinets, tiles, and fixtures. They said we should plan for the work to take up to 2 weeks because of taking down the wall, but they were done early (except for the custom door that couldn't be installed until everything else was done) and the quality was top notch. The teams working in the house were also great. We felt comfortable having them in the house even when we weren't able to be here, and they were really wonderful about taking care of our things, including sealing off the rooms close to the worksite to prevent dust dust and debris from the construction spreading throughout the house. We absolutely plan to work with them again for future remodel jobs.

Such a great experience with Ultimate Remodel. This is the first time we've ever remodeled parts of a house, and Tunc and his team were patient, informative, and professional. Remodeling companies in Northern VA have outrageous prices, but ultimate didn't just have the best quote, but also provided feedback on what asks may not be worth the additional cost. They never tried to upsell or suggest that we had to go with certain selections. When we did prefer higher-priced items, they helped us manage where we could cut back to accommodate. One of the best parts? They finished early. EARLY! They were very aware that my husband was deployed and I worked full time at home (and have 2 small children) all during a pandemic. They rearranged their schedule so that I wasn't more than 2 week without a fully functioning kitchen. FOR REAL. I can't express how impressed I am with their whole team.

I could not have asked for a better renovation experience than I had with American Renovation Inc. From beginning to end, it was a very professional operation. Unlike with other companies, my many questions were responded to honestly. Their contractors are skillful, and the products were high quality and fairly priced. Plus, the end result is exactly what I wanted.

My experience with Ultimate remodel could not have been any better. We hear about all they horror stories but rarely do we hear the wonderful stories. The owner came to offer a quote. He was on time, dressed professional and listened to my specs. A few days later he came back with a quote and sketch. Once I surveyed over 5 contractors, I decided to go with Ultimate Remodel. I went to showroom to look at the material and decided tto proceed. The start date could not be determined due to supply chain issues. Well to my surprise, it started about 2.5 early. Everything went as schedule and the owner and project lead were responsive. They did the work within the time and cost agreeded up. I would rehire Ultimate Remodel for my next project.
