I highly recommend Emerald Painting. Roland was incredibly responsive and helpful with suggestions. His crew was professional, efficient, and skilled. We love the finished product - new exterior paint on a brick row house, repaired and painted concrete steps and porch, painted steel rail, and stained wooden deck. I will hire Roland and Emerald Painting for all similar future projects.

They did a great job. I was very impressed from the very beginning to the very end. They fixed a problem that occurred, were courteous, prompt, and I would highly recommend them.

Emerald did a wonderful job for us! Roland was a pleasure to work with and provided our most competitive bid by far. He was very thorough from start to finish, helping to point out places where minor repair work was needed and including that as part of his team's service. He was very responsive to the one issue that came up, where a room that was not meant to be painted got primed anyway. Roland was apologetic and had his team use some of the remaining paint we already selected to apply new paint to finish that room, helping it to look even better than before. He was also very thorough in his final walkthrough to identify touch up spots and cleaning up minor paint splatter. We highly recommend Emerald Painting and would gladly work with them again in the future!
