We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. When I contacted Millenium, Marco got back to me immediately to do an estimate. When I said that I was hoping to get the job done soon, he managed to schedule it within a week. The professionalism of his crew was very impressive: they showed up very early in the morning and worked into the evening on both days, so that they could finish the job by the promised deadline.
