They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Joey D, James, and Talib were hard workers who took care to protect the areas that were not impacted by their work. They cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. The work included removing dry wall and paneling from the exterior walls of the basement. They trenched around the exterior, installed 2 sumps and drainage channels, replaced 6 window wells, added new drain to the sump in the exterior stairwell, covered exterior walls with moisture barrier, and repaired the concrete. All work was completed in the 5 days scheduled. They communicated well and answered all my questions and concerns. Joey D, James, and Talib make a great team, are employees of JES, and will do a good job for you. They know what they are doing."

"Our driveway had numerous cracks so I called E.Stanley and Joe came to the house. He told me he would be able fill the cracks and resurface the entire driveway and would guarantee his work for 4 years with the extra sealer over top the asphalt. I kept in touch with Joe via text and he was ready to resurface before I was available. When it was convenient, I texted Joe and he got right back to me and we committed to a day.. Everyone showed up when they said they would and finished the job in about 6-7 hours. The men were professional and very helpful in answering questions.. They left the property clean. The driveway looks fantastic . Problem areas that weren't draining well or areas that were uneven were addressed. Joe was my contact through out the process and delightful to work with. I would highly recommend and would hire again. The price was very fair."
