"Customer service was great. Aaron set up the appointment and updated me on Dan’s arrival time. Dan was polite and professional. He answered my questions and gave me a better understanding of the work being done. Dan placed a vacuum hose and a brush in the vents. I was shocked hearing the amount of dirt traveling through the hose. I was more shocked seeing the amount of debris on the filter (furnace) once he finished.
