The provider set up treatment outside, but the customer has experienced respiratory issues since then and still has rodents and bugs. Despite instructions not to apply anything inside, chemicals appear to have seeped into the floorboards, worsening her health. The provider charged over $4k plus $185 every three months but did not install traps to catch rodents. The customer does not want them to return and reports the basement is in disarray, contributing to the ongoing issues.

Service was excellent and arrival on-time. Personal showed concern: they made sure I could get a roofer to patch the holes in the roof which were necessary to remove the honeycomb and bees in my roof, before they begin their work. Easy and pleasant to work with. Understanding during decision processes.

Company collected and required payment before completing work and they only offered one option. While the issue was taken care of I thought the work was going to be more professional and aesthetically better but the work was below expectations. The contractor told me that if I wanted something better I needed to pay more but that wasn’t explained upfront. I should have known better when they requested payment upfront so my mistake on this. Only good thing is that company was responsive to initial request but I would not hire again.

All of our staff members strive to provide the best possible service while trying to keep the cost affordable and after reviewing the pictures obtained from the job site we would have to say it was done accordingly to the agreement entered between you and our company. As far as the payment goes unfortunately for small projects like this and performed same day immediately after the inspection and with you not being able to be present it is required for a small family owned business such as ourselves to collect the payment before proceeding with the work because once it is done it cannot be undone and due to past bad experiences. Nonetheless we made sure to contact you via video call to show you proof of what was done as well as provided you with the detailed report and pictures both via email and customer portal which you seemed satisfied with at the time. From the initial phone call with the office staff they were so amazing they listen to my needs and got an inspector out right away. The inspector Danny was great and very knowledgeable. I got an attic insulation and pest control services done and have not had any issues since than. I would highly recommend First Solutions!!
