"Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed] We are sorry to hear we only scored 3 stars with you and the service was below your expectations. All of our staff members strive to provide the best possible service while trying to keep the cost affordable and after reviewing the pictures obtained from the job site we would have to say it was done accordingly to the agreement entered between you and our company. As far as the payment goes unfortunately for small projects like this and performed same day immediately after the inspection and with you not being able to be present it is required for a small family owned business such as ourselves to collect the payment before proceeding with the work because once it is done it cannot be undone and due to past bad experiences. Nonetheless we made sure to contact you via video call to show you proof of what was done as well as provided you with the detailed report and pictures both via email and customer portal which you seemed satisfied with at the time.
