There install was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I were amazed at there professionalism and the way they kept the work area clean. "Dave of HL Design was very professional and a true EXPERT in his field. His quote was the best in terms of cost out of 7 quotes that I received. He quoted and used Nicolock oceanic blue PREMIUM pavers, cobble stone edges, full-nose raven coping, 2-8ft sitting stone wall with 4 LED lights and a transformer. He installed a River Stones in the existing planting bed. The quality of work was great and the patio turned out beautifully! His workers cleaned after themselves each time. I absolutely love my patio and the flower bed. Dave and his crew did a GREAT job. I highly recommend them!!!"

"I signed a contract in January 2016 with First Impressions Hardscapes to extend my patio this year.  The work was  done in March In setting up the frame they drove a stake in the ground and broke a pipe in our underground sprinkler system.  When the  technician from the sprinkler system can to turn on our sprinkler they noticed that one area was not working.  Upon investigation they discovered that the pipe was broken. I called First Impressions Hardscapes and advised them of what had happened when their people came to extend our patio.We took pictures of the broken pipe and sent it to First Impressions Hardscapes along with a copy of the bill I received from the sprinkler company.

In May I contacted First Impressions Hardscapes but there was no response.  I contacted them again in early June and still no response. 

On June 21st I again contacted the representative of First Impressions Hardscapes and was told the request would be passed on to the billing department.  The company, in my opinion was refusing to reimburse me for the damage they incurred until I advised them that I was going to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List.  I received an email on June 22 stating that they would pay for the damage.  To date I have not received payment.  I will not recommend then to anyone.

"These folks are top-notch. My yard was a bit of a mess after a patio project that left mounds of dirt by the tree line in the backyard. Also, the yard runs wet anyway with a natural creek that runs through the property. JD, the owner, came out to estimate what re-grading the yard would cost so that the water could be diverted away from the house. He was thorough, professional, down to earth and honest. The bid was reasonably priced and I appreciated having options: he gave me various estimates for less versus more work. Ultimately, I decided to do everything at once so that I could put any potential drainage issues to rest. The team came out as scheduled and they handled it all very well and efficiently. They definitely knew what they were doing and they instilled me with confidence from the start. The project took a day and a morning, and my yard is now BEAUTIFUL. I am so glad the boys can play in what was a mud pit. And now we all can appreciate the landscape without having to worry about water being where it's not supposed to be. I'm so glad and grateful I chose this company to help us with our home. They were terrific!"
