"Removed old concrete patio: This was an old 1963-era concrete slab. Massive. Mike & his team brought in jackhammers and made quick work of it. Waterproofing: Removing the old slab revealed a damaged (and possibly leaking) portion of the house wall, which Mike's team repaired well. Replaced with new patio: Mike's team poured a new cement layer, then installed a new flagstone patio surface on top of that. Also a new step (concrete with flagstone exterior) at the door threshold. They also re-installed an iron railing which had been part of the original patio configuration. The job went well in all respects. We're happy with the team's work and with the new patio. I've worked with Mike and Diversified Contractors several times now. Each time, Mike has had good ideas & suggestions. Each time, his team has demonstrated excellent skills. Again, I'm looking forward to our next project."

When they were finished they made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the operation of the controls before they left. Clean up of the work area was spotless. Jeff Miller was our salesman. Jeff was on time with his appointments. He makes the decision very easy due to his professionalism and product knowledge. "I called several companies and Master Fences was by far the lowest estimate.  Carlos came out only a few days after I called, gave me a pamphlet with styles to choose from, and provided me with an estimate on the spot.  Carlos was punctual, informative and very friendly.  I had a patio built around part of the chain link fence that was to be removed, and Master Fences was the only contractor that didn't insist on digging out a large portion of my patio to replace the metal fence post.  Carlos simply said that wasn't a problem, and they could easily extend the metal post to 6 feet without damaging the patio.  The workers showed up on time on the day of installation and Carlos came by about halfway through to check on the work.  I am very pleased with the new fence and would certainly use them again in the future.
