I HIGHLY recommend Elite Deck & Patios for your next outdoor project. Their quality and price are unmatched, and is only overshadowed by their dedication to providing great customer service; a trait that is sadly hard to find across the service industry. Elite consistently proved their worth well before we signed a contract. Their responses to our questions were same-day and they patiently readjusted proposals as we made changes to our design. We also genuinely appreciated the opportunity to see their past projects first-hand as it provided us with a reassurance that “quality” was not just a word used by Elite to promote their services. Instead, they used their work to showcase it for them. To put it simply, Elite Decks & Patio made the ENTIRE process seamless, and their work and our experience with them is nothing short of spectacular.

If anyone plans to get a Deck Patio or Fence built I highly suggest staying AWAY from Elite Decks & Patios. They did my deck a little over a year ago. The workmanship was great but one of the owners is highly unprofessional and has poor business practices. After getting my deck built I had issues with the owner Richard trespassing onto my property multiple times unannounced and without permission. Trespassing to show potential clients the work their company did. I told him multiple times to stop, so I would not be liable for someone getting hurt on my property. He ignored me and came on my property again and again. I have cameras by the way, so I noticed every time he would step foot. I called him and told him to leave immediately on one occasion. And again it happens which made me send him a stern email. To sum it up short “it said if you want to keep showing my property to gain profits then pay me! Or stay off my property! Last warning!” Despite the trespassing issues they did good work and I continued to recommend them to friends and neighbors. I recently reached out for a patio quote we talked about around the time of my deck build. Because of my email I sent and the fact I would not let them trespass to continue to gain profits off of my property they declined to continue to do business with me. I am fine with their choice because they don’t deserve any more of my money. Nor do they deserve money from clients that don’t know. I will make sure folks know my displeasure with this guy's bad business practices. The guy interrupted me and my wife’s anniversary dinner on my deck to show a client. And had no concern or remorse. Don’t do business with this guy.
