"I contacted Brothers Pavers for an estimate to upgrade my patio. Jose came out and did some measurements, asked a few questions and I received a written quote within 24/48 hours. The quote was a little more than I was looking to spend, so Jose came back out a few days later to discuss the project and I adjusted the scope of work to reduce costs. Let me just say, the process from beginning to end has been nothing but pleasant. I was informed every step of the way. David let me know when the materials were ordered and placed me on the schedule when my materials came in early, Jose and his crew were able to start the job earlier than anticipated. These guys were fast and efficient, they cleaned up after themselves and the finished product looks like a work of art. Seriously... my new patio is absolutely gorgeous. "I have been meaning to share how wonderful XtraCare Landscaping is for some time. It was raining when I took photos, so I will update with photos from a sunny day when everything is dry (and a fresh coat of mulch is down). We cannot say enough good things about this company and their teams. Top Notch customer service and care. They are experts and professionals at every stage. They were extremely responsive and understanding whenever we had questions. This is our second time using XtraCare for a patio. We had a small flagstone patio installed at our previous home in Maryland. It was beautiful, and they guided us through each step, including going to the stone quarry to select the exact stone color, size & shape. We were extremely happy. We since moved to Northern Virginia, and after getting several quotes from local companies here, we were not feeling a comfort level for the design process and customer care with any of them, as we were spending a good amount of money on a much larger patio, this was a big deal. We were not sure if XtraCare would come to Virginia, but since we had such a great experience, we gave them a call and were thrilled to be able to work with them again! We instantly felt comfortable with the process, and knew we would have a beautiful patio, that would last. They guided us through each step with patience, attention to detail and understood the vision we had for our outdoor living space. We wanted a mixture of textures and ability to have different zones of functionality, including an area for trash storage and deck boxes tucked away, as well as a fire pit and pathways. We are beyond in love with our new outdoor space, and look forward to making many memories entertaining and enjoying it with family and friends. I will add that my parents used them for a small stone landing and some stone retaining walls around their trees and garden beds, and also had a wonderful experience. "I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a small deck and were given advice to replace it with a patio to both save money and expand the space. We had been thinking about what to do for several years and kept speaking with contractors who were more interested in selling us what they wanted rather than what we wanted or needed. Freedom Fence and Deck came to our home and asked what we wanted, listened carefully, understood our price point and gave us a great solution. He patio is beautiful. The steps out the door are wide and look great. When the work was being done I noticed some small adjustments we wanted, and he accommodated the changes without complaint and with only slight adjustments in costs to cover additional expenses (like railing for the basement steps). We had tons of rain and he worked around it. They cleaned up and reseeded the grass where it was needed. I am beyond happy. The beauty, usability, and cost (within my budget) al worked to give me the perfect outcome. In terms of pricing, quality of work, and ease to work with and modify a design during a build, you can't go wrong. We worked with Mike, and have recommended him to our family and neighbors and all have the same experience. We can be picky and demanding of any project for this kind of spend, and we solicited multiple bids each time (2 years apart), and DC was still the best.
