JW Home ImprovementWe had a wide range of tasks that needed to be done around our house, and we saved a lot of time and money by having JW do all of them, rather than hiring multiple separate firms. Kevin and Soren did an excellent job -- they did quality work, worked efficiently, and and were good to communicate with. Jesse did an excellent job helping us define the scope of our project and identify what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done). Kevin even made a couple extra trips to complete some electrical work that proved to be more complex than we anticipated. The crew worked quickly to handle the demo work, and we were able to get a solid idea of the additional work to be done. After an honest review of what was needed, we came to an agreement on a reasonable price and all of the repair and replace work for our roof overhang and carport was completed. All American FencesAll American Fences promptly started work within a week of my signing a contract and even arrived a day early after asking my permission. The foreman made sure to ask me any about any other detail that would require my input as the homeowner and that might also impact my neighbors property before proceeding with their work. The crew was done early the following day and the fence looks fantastic. Overall I’m very pleased with the job and would highly recommend them. Green Future ConstructionJohn Kattwinkel, the Green Future representative with whom I worked was excellent. I was concerned about whether to go forward with the work in the winter but John explained how the crew would be able to complete the work and when work might be delayed. He was patient and responsive, and I'm glad that I decided to entrust this significant financial investment to him and Green Future. It paid off beautifully! Everyday the crew left the work space clean and safe. They addressed drainage issues and left me with a beautiful outdoor space in the back yard and in the front. I would gladly work with them again, and in fact have hired them to do some work on the outdoor stairs to the basement that was not included in the work I initially contracted for. I so enjoy walking up to my front yard, or pulling into my driveway in the back. I can hardly wait for spring so that I can truly enjoy the outdoor spaces John and Green Future created for me!- jerri d.

I am very impressed with Builders Fence who I hired to replace a wooden privacy fence around my property. Keith initially contacted me and provided an estimate with work commencing a few weeks later. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time (early even) and finished by the end of the day as promised. Keith and the crew were very responsive and adapted to a change in plans on the fly. We decided to go with a slightly tighter spacing of the vertical fence slats and the team quickly put in a change order and acquired the additional material within an hour. I would highly recommend Builders Fence for any similar needs. They provide a quality product/service and are very customer focused. Keith was a genuine pleasure to work with.

From the initial contact to request a meeting; meeting with David King to discuss our ideas and creating design plans; receiving CAD drawing of the design; meeting with Anthony (AJ) Jean-Louis to discuss production plans and quickly answering questions along the way; the production team did a great job on the work site everyday - from start to finish; and meeting with AJ for final walkthrough. The complete process was done with professionalism; an enjoyable experience for such a major project.
