It took one day to remove all the old material, pour the concrete and clean up. The job involved re-grading the entire slope of the driveway and the concrete was extended to provide an even transition into the garage. "The scheduler, Claudia, was very customer friendly.  She was very responsive, polite and prompt in her communications.  She was able to change an initially scheduled time to two days earlier which enabled us to have some plants planted that were sitting unpotted in our driveway.  The 4-person work crew was polite and responsive as well.  They came later than expected due to a prior customer wanting more things done and traffic, but Claudia kept me informed.  One of them, William, was knowledgeable about plants, which was helpful in determining where to plant a new plant.  They completed more than I expected and it looks very nice. "

"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

"3 men showed up on a very hot day and worked non-stop for two days. They checked for level ness of walkway area before laying pavers. They were friendly and only took a break for lunch, which I bought them the second day as they had not brought their own. The owner, Mr Abel Rivas, stopped by the second day before pavers were laid to ensure they were the correct ones and in the pattern I had selected. He had also stayed in touch with me before the project began to help me select pavers and color. And he came by with samples beforehand to ensure they were the ones I wanted. After the pavers were laid, I noticed that the seam at the porch steps and the pavers was open. I asked Mr Rivas to return to caulk or otherwise fill this area. Which he did, altho it took two tries before he returned. He also power washed the rear concrete stoop steps at no additional charge. I am happy with the new walkway which has improved the curb appeal of my house. It has rained several times since installation and the walkway appears to be secure and draining properly.
