I was concerned that he won't travel to York, but Damien called me within an hour, asked thorough questions about my house and gave me an estimate over the phone. He was very flexible and worked with me on the time and date. He arrived promptly and went right to work. He cleaned the ducts, furnace and the dryer vent. I couldn't be happier. He took the time to check that the dryer worked properly, showed me how to adjust the vents to get maximum coverage, corrected a vent that was on backwards and worked to figure out why one wasn't worked as well. "I was pleased with this cleaning service. The workers arrived at the scheduled time. Before the job began, a coordinator came and walked through the house so I could specify what items I wanted to focus on. Two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. I asked to concentrate on dusting and vacuuming. They did that and more. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, including the storm door. When they were finished, the coordinator returned to ensure everything I wanted done was completed. They were professional, thorough and did a very good job.
