He was very flexible and worked with me on the time and date. He arrived promptly and went right to work. He cleaned the ducts, furnace and the dryer vent. I couldn't be happier. He took the time to check that the dryer worked properly, showed me how to adjust the vents to get maximum coverage, corrected a vent that was on backwards and worked to figure out why one wasn't worked as well. Before the job began, a coordinator came and walked through the house so I could specify what items I wanted to focus on. Two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. I asked to concentrate on dusting and vacuuming. They did that and more. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, including the storm door. When they were finished, the coordinator returned to ensure everything I wanted done was completed. They were professional, thorough and did a very good job.
