"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. "Damien was wonderful. I contacted Home advisor after reading prior reviews. They said they would contact Mack's and have them return my call. I was concerned that he won't travel to York, but Damien called me within an hour, asked thorough questions about my house and gave me an estimate over the phone. He was very flexible and worked with me on the time and date. He arrived promptly and went right to work. He cleaned the ducts, furnace and the dryer vent. I couldn't be happier. He took the time to check that the dryer worked properly, showed me how to adjust the vents to get maximum coverage, corrected a vent that was on backwards and worked to figure out why one wasn't worked as well. I have already given his name to a friend and would certainly recommend him to others and I will definitely work with him again. Very thorough and professional."

Before the job began, a coordinator came and walked through the house so I could specify what items I wanted to focus on. Two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. I asked to concentrate on dusting and vacuuming. They did that and more. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, including the storm door. When they were finished, the coordinator returned to ensure everything I wanted done was completed. They were professional, thorough and did a very good job. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them for house cleaning."
