"Technician that came out to repair countertop under warrantee was upset that he had to come as far as he did. He was even more upset that he came that far and could not make the repairs without contacting Dupont to see if they would cover the cost of repairs and that he was going to have to come all this way another time to make the repairs. Needless to say, his attitude and the high price quoted to repair, we will not have Surface Link do ANY repairs.
