"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

They have very competitive prices and really stand out by offering a free sink and free installation. The two gentlemen that did my installation were absolutely wonderful. They were meticulousand ensured everything was level and properly supported prior to laying the granite. They laid drop cloths and cleaned behind themselves as they went. "It was about a 7 out of a 10. It is a family owned company. Some of the work was subcontracted out and some of them were not the best. The plumber was not the best. We got one other estimate and it was a lot higher. Our daughter might get an estimate for a kitchen countertop from them."

"Technician that came out to repair countertop under warrantee was upset that he had to come as far as he did. He was even more upset that he came that far and could not make the repairs without contacting Dupont to see if they would cover the cost of repairs and that he was going to have to come all this way another time to make the repairs. Needless to say, his attitude and the high price quoted to repair, we will not have Surface Link do ANY repairs. Buddy, its you job to come my area for repairs and if you don't like where your job sends you then get another job!"
