Major Renovation of Multiple Rooms
Fantastic Floors - A Truly Professional Experience!
As the owner of a preschool center serving 150 children, I knew our building needed several repairs, including painting, new flooring, cabinet repairs, and other remodeling projects. I reached out to Fantastic Floors and spoke with the owner, Mrs. Lucrezia. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional and reassuring.
Her team came in and treated me with the utmost respect, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Initially, I was nervous about working with a contractor, as I had heard many horror stories, but Fantastic Floors exceeded my expectations in every way. Their work was outstanding, and they even guaranteed their craftsmanship, giving me peace of mind.
What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They assured me that if I needed anything else, I could always reach out. It?s rare to find such professionalism and integrity in a company, and I highly recommend Fantastic Floors.

Kitchen - Remodel
Fantastic Floors did an outstanding job renovating my kitchen. I've included some before and after pictures. For a general idea of what my kitchen looked like to what it became. It was more then I expected. Their team was professional, prompt, thorough, and above all clean. When they left for the day the work area was neat and clean every time which was major for someone being a little OCD. I highly recommend Fantastic Floors and I will and have used them for other home improvements projects.

Kitchen - Remodel
Removed and lowered entire wall facing living and dining room down to 36". Relocated electrical outlet to the right side of kitchen wall. Installed approx 120 sq ft of Granite on knee wall as countertop for new seating area. Trimmed out the ceiling and wrap with crown molding for a finish look in kitchen.

Basement Remodeling
Great personnel to work with. The workers were courteous, diligent, worked hard and was always on time. My craft room in my basement is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was excellent. They are my go to for all my future projects.

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
Fantastic Floors is a professional organization that provides quality work and stands behind their work. The owner, Lucrezia is top notch, she is communicative and provide excellent follow through. You will know every step of the way where the project is and where it is going. I have never worked with a contractor that is so communicative and proactive in their work. The work ethic is amazing, I am so pleased I had the opportunity to work with Fantastic Flooring n my roof, a very impressive organization from start to finish which includes cleanup!

Bathroom Remodel
I cannot be sufficiently complimentary about the work of this company. I have hired Fantastic Floors many times!! The company has replaced my entire roof, siding, floors, ceilings, windows, and completely remodeled my main bathroom (pictures below). If I could give ten stars, I would give them gladly and enthusiastically. I have never been treated to a such a positive professional experience like this. Extraordinary work, completed on-time, and absolutely on-budget. The owner is physically present every day of the job and personally oversees every aspect of the work to ensure that everything is done professionally.
