My name is Carlos and I have 15 years experience in the heating and air conditioning industry. I specialize in the installation of Heating/AC equipment, servicing/ repairing the system and installing/ repairing hot water heater. "I contacted Calos about my AC not cooling, told him someone already diagnosed the issue but did not have the part !! He told me to send pictures of the unit which I did , He requested an emergency fee which I agreed , but when he arrived he said he will not go by what the other person said !! He changed me 600 dollars for the job .. I said ok .. but while fixing AC the fuss on the out blew!! And I saw the wires sparking !! It was a guess work and how to make more money situation!! He escalated every situation !! 45 minutes later he said he was done, the lady assisting him said some in Spanish.. something went wrong. He reluctantly went back to the AC !! Them he said you need to pay three hundred dollars more because I need to replace a canister!!! I said this is out of my plan ,, did you think you fixed the wrong thing in the beginning? He was mad , don’t tell me what to do .. i was desperate to get some comfort so i agreed!! But I knew I have fallen into the wrong hands !!! 15mins later he was done, she said it will take 3hours to cool down!! He was so rude and intimidating! Flew days later the air conditioning was not cooling as usual and finally stop working.. I called him back but he requested another emergency fee to come or it will take him four days for a re visit!! Still very rude on the phone!! At that point I was done !! Don’t want to ever deal with such an aggressive behavior. I called another service recommended by a friend and gat the mess taken care .of , Carlos apparently made a bigger mess with his guess work !! I called Carlos back for some refund but it did not go well as expected!! Worse services ever !! I will not recommend!!!!"

"Leakage in water line. Ice maker and water line was installed. I was totally shocked at the price but came recommended. I thought that the leaking line would have been removed instead it was capped and wasn't capped correctly which I had to point out. I thought the he $1100 was including to remove old line. My error for understanding this. Installed a 5ft water line from my fridge to the sink (5 feet distance) and was charged $1100 which I leaned later was about triple the average price for that type of job."

After coming to our home he advised us to contact BGE to preplace our thermostat as they may be faster, but that he would also move forward ordering a part on his end for another portion of the job. We followed his instructions to have the thermostat replaced which did not fix the issue, and then our home warranty company terminated the claim because an outside entity was involved and Mr. Bogans refused to help further even going so far as to tell me he doesn't answer the phone during the day and then blocked me!! I know running a small business is hard but his advice made our situation worse and he didn't seem to care."
