Mr. Bogans was sent out by our home warranty company. After coming to our home he advised us to contact BGE to preplace our thermostat as they may be faster, but that he would also move forward ordering a part on his end for another portion of the job. We followed his instructions to have the thermostat replaced which did not fix the issue, and then our home warranty company terminated the claim because an outside entity was involved and Mr. Bogans refused to help further even going so far as to tell me he doesn't answer the phone during the day and then blocked me!! I know running a small business is hard but his advice made our situation worse and he didn't seem to care.
