Leakage in water line. Ice maker and water line was installed. I was totally shocked at the price but came recommended. I thought that the leaking line would have been removed instead it was capped and wasn't capped correctly which I had to point out. I thought the he $1100 was including to remove old line. My error for understanding this. Installed a 5ft water line from my fridge to the sink (5 feet distance) and was charged $1100 which I leaned later was about triple the average price for that type of job.

Roland Plumbing was prompt and very professional. We encountered an unexpected situation and I recieved a detailed explanation about what needed to be done. He also looked at some other plumbing issues and advised me about the necessary repairs. I am definitely going to use this company again.

It went well. He explains everything in detail and makes sure I understand what’s going on so that I can make informed decisions. I’ve worked with him before and he has correctly diagnosed the issues both times (which some other plumbers were unable to do). This time he snaked over 40 feet down my drain and made sure it was working properly. He was quick, efficient, and provided great service. He’s definitely my go-to.
