"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! Thanks for your hard work"

"The project went great. Max and his guys do a great job. I had pretty much lost confidence in home improvement contractors until I met Max and Fox Creek Builders. He does what he says and his installers do what they say and do it with quality. Fox Creek has redone the entire outside of my house. He did windows and the siding last year and then they just did my roof and like before I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work."

"This was a window and siding project. The project ended perfectly. The materials delivered were top notch and the craftmanship was impeccable. Great attention to detail with a mindset of making me happy. Everything went as planned and the communication flowed well. Except for weather delays the work was finished on time. I highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements."

"B&R Siding is top notch! Great business, great people. I was so nervous when part of my roof blew off! I had no experience with roof issues and was concerned about being taken advantage of. I am so thankful for B&R Siding! They responded right away, did a very thorough assessment and took time to answer all of my questions. They were patient while I compared their evaluation and price to other contractors. As soon as I made my decision, they appeared and completed the job quickly! There was no mess or debris left behind. I was careful with this decision, and their professionalism, communication, work quality and warranty period could not be beat! In the future, I am going straight to B&R Siding because I know I will get the best solution at the best price."

"First person came by door-to-door to see if we wanted an estimate. Our house is 2000 sq feet (3/4 siding, 1/4 brick). Second person came to give us the estimate. It took at least three hours. The first estimate was more than $19K, but if we bought it right then, it would be $12K. We finally settled on $13.5K: $12K for siding and $1.5K for window and door caps. We were told that even though our window capping looked good, it would probably tear when they took off the old siding. We were told over and over what a great company it was. We were told everything that had aluminum would be replaced with vinyl, the new siding would be "practically seamless," and we were getting a great deal. A few days later someone visited us again. We went over the project and picked out the color. On the day of the installation, the crew started removing the old siding. Another "quality assurance" person showed up at noon to go over any questions. He again told us what a great deal we got. He looked around and went up on the roof. He also noticed that there was aluminum covering on front half of the rake on north side of the house but not the back half. He said there was an issue behind the gutters at the top of the house, that moisture could get between the gutters and the house, and that the job was really going to look incomplete without new coverings for all the rake. He gave us an estimate: normally it would be $3500, but if we bought it right then, it would be $2000. We agreed to pay for covering the rake. The window wrap did not rip when the aluminum was removed. The new window wrap looks exactly like what was already on the house. There are a lot of seams; even the smallest lengths have seams. Once the job was wrapping up, the last person showed up. We told him there were a lot of seams. He said they wouldn't be noticable further away from the house. There are a couple of places where the pieces behind the gutter were not cut correctly. I expect they will be able to fix this. Bottom line? We're glad we got new siding, but with all the high-pressure sales tactics and inconsistencies in presentation, we still feel like we got ripped off."

"Mike provided various siding samples for me to review. I was uncertain with my selection of color. However, Mike left the samples and patiently waited for my decision. The install crew was excellent and I'm absolutely happy with the color and the overall experience. Excellent customer service from beginning to end!!! I will definitely use for future needs."
