"Excellent job all around. The work was done in late March, 2019, but I waited to post this review until after a heavy rainstorm. The storm of July 8, 2019 (>4"/hr) would normally have caused water to seep up through the concrete floor. After the storm, there was not even a drop. The sump was dry. The job was messy: jackhammers and lots of dust. They left it clean. One cannot even see where they cut the lawn to get the pipe to the curb. My only critique is that the new concrete poured to replace the broken floor should have been completely leveled. From initial estimate to installation, excellent work."

"This was a huge job. A complete basement waterproofing - new internal drains installed and two new sump pumps installed. The guys were great - came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only negative was at the completion of work when it was time to pay the amount was less than what was originally quoted. I told the guy that and he insisted that it was what he had. I even showed him the quote on paper. I paid it - glad it was less, but a few days later got a call from the office telling me I needed to pay another $1600 (the difference between the original quoted price and at the time of service price) I told her what the guy told me and she got a little rude saying "well you knew what the quoted price was" - yeah I DID know and was prepared to pay but after install HER guy insisted it was the price he had. I wasn't trying to get out of paying but the confusion on how much it costs was with the people working there. I didn't appreciate her attitude as if I was trying to skimp out of paying. Nevertheless, I ended up with this additional payment. However, the work is supposed to be guaranteed for life. No complaints there."

"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. I would highly recommend NV Waterproofing to others based on my experience with them. They did high quality work and were extremely professional."

"$9,500 I was quoted for my concrete driveway and porch to be removed and a new concrete driveway and pad poured. I needed a culvert installed under the foot of my driveway for rain water drainage, it was agreed that a 4" pipe would work. When the crew came out to do the work, the demolition part went very smoothly but when it came to the drain I was told I needed an 8" pipe. The trench was dug for it including digging an 8" deep by 1 foot around hole in my nabors parking pad. Than I was told the grading was wrong. I told him water wasn't draining because the trench he dug for the 8" pipe he suggested was below the rest of the drain lines and the water will not flow untill it was leveled back out. He argued with me about it for about 3 hours wile the concrete was starting to be poured. After his own workers and I told him the 8" pipe would not work, we went back to the originally quoted 4" pipe and everything drained fine. After the concrete was completed the work looked great."
