"A very nice contractor named Jeff Basham came to my home and did a thorough inspection of my problem. He informed me that products/services suggested by another company was not needed for my basement issue and showed me the leaking pipe that was actually causing the small mold growth. "People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. I was at a doctors appt and walked in to water bursting out of the kitchen ceiling in buckets! My mother was looking where to turn off the main water with no success.
