"Debbie showed up on time and seemed knowledgable about insulation. However she had a hard time answering my questions because she was overly fixated on price. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it got in the way of me really understanding the answers. When the quote came in it was very resonable but when i emailed with a follow-up question concerning warranties, the lack of record on Angies List (despite being in biz for 100+ yrs) and a sub-contractor she was going to use for an exhaust ventilation, she wouldn't put some of the answers in writing until after I committed to using her company. After reviewing all of the quotes we received we finally decided to take a leap of faith because she seemed knowledgable and the quote was fair. i emailed saying we wanted to move forward and asked if i could i now get the informatoin i requested in writing. Unfortunately it's now been 5 days so we are moving in another direction. I bet the company does quality work but it won't be with us.

Company personnel scheduled to do the work on a semi holiday and they arrived on time/when they said they woudl.  They were very attentive to doing a good job - they lined the floor with plastic; they vacuumed up excess insulation).  They even phoned up days after completing the project to inform us that we might be able to take advantage of a tax benefit.  We would definitely recommend this company."

"AHC, Inc did a very thorough job walking our roof and finding areas that required caulking; replacing loose nails and shingles. The technician Austin Bunnell, as a total courtesy, removed the base to an old satellite dish that was never taken down.. He then caulked that area for us. Great customer service was provided and care taken to respect the household (protective face mask and shoe covers were worn). A very good value at $149.00"

"Person who visited was very polite and noted that what I purchased was likely not something that would meet my expectations.  I wanted an energy audit, how my systems could be improved in home, lighting, heating, insulation and air conditioners.  What I got was a list of things they could work on and the price to do that work.  The work list in no way was considered an energy audit, rather it was a punch list of things I could do based on their visual inspection.  I did not have a comparison of work and benefit/savings calculation.  There was no checklist of inefficiencies and how that translated into energy losses. For example, multiple hi hat lights in house, they spoke about boxing and insulating a few, less than 10, when I have almost 90 in house.  Overall I was disappointed, the tech who came said the offering needed to be better presented prior to start of work."

"I live in a ranch rambler built in the 1960s that had underground ductwork. We noticed after purchasing the house that half of the house was not receiving adequate cooling or heating and it seemed like there was a leak somewhere. Unfortunately, this was not repairable and the best way to solve this was through installation of new ducts through the attic. This required a new HVAC unit and new water heater, as both of my units were old and the closet where both were in needed the units to get reposition to fit the new HVAC unit and ductwork. Daniel came to do the initial inspection and quote and we were able to fairly negotiate a competitive rate under market price. His team took about a week and a half to complete the work. Luckily it was only one day without any Hvac but it was cool in the Spring so not much of a hassle. He was responsive when contacted and his team was nice and efficient. They also repaired holes and damages during initial installation that required painting and plastering. Only improvements I would suggest would be more careful attention to cleaning/dust debris (they did clean up but more attention to detail would help in the future); and also a schedule of times worked, it seemed more like a surprise when the team of guys would show up each day and during remote work, it’s hard to plan around that. Keeping this in mind and letting him know in advance, you should be good! But all in all very satisfied with work completed and quality!"
