"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. So far the work they did has solved the problem successfully, and we look forward to their return in the spring for more corrective landscaping. "This is the fourth major project that we’ve hired MD Legacy for, and once again, they blew us away by turning our landscaping dreams into reality. We asked them to build paver-stone borders around several of our mulched beds, to give long-lasting definition to the shapes, prevent intrusion by grass and weeds, and create a buffer to protect the garden plants from damage by lawn equipment. As we’ve come to expect, the estimate process was clear and detail-oriented, and Eric’s level of communication from start to finish was unparalleled.
