"It?s always a pleasure displaying my craft and helping people. To me it?s about building a relationship with my client and going that extra mile to put a smile on your face!!!"
"It?s extremely sad for someone who I?ve worked with for over 5 years to make an attempt to ruin my reputation and character as a business owner and contractor. Nicole had 30 days, in which I gave her, because she could not afford to pay for work needed to be done on her home before the winter months were approaching. It took me just a few days to start and finish this project in question. So I had to wait almost 30 for my balance and her complete satisfaction. Nicole did not have to pay me if she was at all dissatisfied with my work. I have put in a clause in all my estimates and contracts. That the balance is due upon completion and satisfaction of my client. I would love to meet her face to face in court so I can see the judge laugh in her face and the rest of the court room. Ms. Nicole [Consumer Name Removed] is a very bitter and lonely woman who needs attention. If that means to make an attempt to ruin someone after 5 years of service to her and her home, she will do it. By the way, I never been served any papers to come to court and satisfy any claim against me. OWNER / OPERATOR Juan?s Home Improvement LLC"
"It was my pleasure to totally gut out and remodel my client kitchen. With new flooring, painting, adding additional outlets for my client new appliances, and installation of base and wall cabinets. The smile and joy on my client faces was my biggest reward!!"
"Consumer knew the total cost when contract was signed as well as a wait for a special order door and decided afterwards that she did not want to complete the job."
"This is a sad attempt to discredit a contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction field. Whoever decides to get on this site will see my constant approval rating by other satisfied and more than happy previous clients. I had an issue with the so-called boyfriend from the start of this endeavor. He started this project with the demolition, framing the walls, running all the plumbing pipes, all of the electrical, and installing the sub-flooring. He attempted to install the jacuzzi tub by going through the parts and materials but was not able to do so. Not to mention, this particular so-call boyfriend is not licensed to do any of the work he performed. That is why I was called to help his girlfriend. The client I have been working with at least 3 to 4 years off and on. Any contractor knows how hard it is to go behind someone and make things right. My client house was built in the 1800s. This project was extremely difficult dealing with a jealous boyfriend and he was always in her ear making constant changes in the contract, creating change orders, and trying every attempt to keep me off schedule and changing her mind every other day. I have a contract with an addendum/ change order to remove her staircase to get an oversize tub up to her staircase into her bathroom. The change order was design to re-install the staircase, but as with everything else, she changed her mind the very next day and wanted an iron staircase instead. Which means I had to hire an iron railing sub-contractor. Then again changed her mind and told me she wanted a new wood staircase. So, I gave her money back to offset re-installing the old staircase and charging her for removal only. This is just one of many issues I had to deal with. At the very end of this ordeal my client the only issue was the wall tile. In which she told me that because of the age of her home, she understood. The fact that she was not completely satisfied I took a loss in my balance and found her a licensed tile contractor to repair the issue. In closing, this was the only issue my client had until her jealous boyfriend got involved and created more issues, lies, and forced her to be on paged with him. As you notice from the statement above, it was him, not her writing this review. She began being untruthful along with him creating two wrongdoers trying to discredit me, and get more money out of this situation and defamation of my character."
"This customer's waited 3 years to say something negative about how I build his deck. Before I received my final payment from any customer. I always put in my contracts, that the customer needs to satisfied with the final results before final payment is due. A deck built out of lumber needs to be maintained by the customer or builder to keep it's original look. Ex. Seal and stain every two years or sooner depending on how bad the weather is that year. Screws don't just come out, hot and cold contract and expand creating gaps. If there were a problem with the craftsmanship, the only thing he had to do was call me and it would have been taking care of. MHIC require that I give my customers a 12 month warrantee on labor and materials. And I also give them an additional year on my craftsmanship. Also, this customer actually called me back to do another project, but I refused the job because I was booked working on other projects. In addition to these accusations, he's saying I took his materials and used them on another job. Really!!!! The last thing I need is someone else materials. Material cost are in the price of the job or they buy their own materials. If he did not like the final cost of the job, he could have simply find someone else. Three years later to complain is pathetic. when I'm just a phone call away!!!!"
