"I called on a Sunday in a panic as I was supposed to be on my way to Philly with my 2 year old to spend time with my critically ill in-law. Spoke to Robert who reassured me and told me he was familiar with my neighborhood and had actually worked on the house years ago for the previous owner. He right away knew what the issue was. He came to the house and assessed the issue keeping me up to date. He was able to get a backhoe to my house on short notice and installed a new line before I came back home a few days later. They had to dig a trench from the front of my house to the street, snake out and clear the line and install brand new pipe with clean outs. Highly recommend this company. "Existing plants (azaleas and iris) were moved and replaced without a problem. Carefully worked around old wisteria vine without issues. Wall was installed exactly as expected. Encountered unexpected problems with plugged existing drainage pipes which needed to be replaced. This was done at a minimum of extra cost and the replaced drainage system was better than the one originally in place. This understandably delayed completion of project by about a week which was otherwise on time and within budget. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. I definitely would use them again."

"I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."
