"There was a problem initially with the radiant barrier installation - the first crew of two were installing 30" wide rolls lengthwise along the roof end to end  instead of from ridge to eave as the manufacturer recommends and made a couple of other minor mistakes which were easily corrected. After talking to the manufacturer, the sales rep offered to take out what had been installed and re-install according to spec or continue as already done with sealing of all seams and a discount on the job. Done this way, the foil would not have the insulation properties per spec but would provide the radiant barrier I desired. I chose the letter option and the barrier work was continued by another crew on the 2nd day. On the 3rd day the crew finished up with the barrier then blew in the installation.

With the exception of the initial problem, the work was done neatly and professionally by courteous workmen who cleaned up completely after the job was done.

"Comprehensive review, took about 2 hours. Checked attic insulation, added insulation to the hot water heater pipes, replaced 14 light bulbs with low energy led bulbs, replaced two shower heads with low water use, also included a better surge protector for the computer."

"i scheduled an appointment to get 3 missing shingles replaced. i saw the $149 deal that included a full roof inspection, replacement of up to 5 shingles, attic inspection and a few other maintenance tasks along with a $250 credit for future use. i really only needed the shingles replaced but i'm glad i purchased this deal. Howard (one of their head techs) arrived right on time for the scheduled appointment. first thing he inspected was my attic. he found a few issues and described them fully to me along with showing me pictures. he noticed one of my air ducts was not connected, which meant i was heating and cooling my attic for who knows how long and also meant my bedroom was not getting the right air supply either. to save me time in having to hire an HVAC specialist, Howard asked me for a roll of duct tape and was able to reconnect the dislodged air duct. he then spotted a leak in the roof about the size of a quarter that was dripping through the insulation. he also saw water marks in another location but wasn't quite sure how it got there. after he inspected the attic, he hopped up on the roof. he replaced the 3 missing shingles (didn't match my current shingle color but no big deal). he also found where the leak was coming from. apparently there was a bullet casing stuck in the roof which was causing the leak! after his work was complete, he gave me a full description of what he saw and a few recommendations. he answered any questions that i had. Overall, Howard seemed like he had a lot of experience and was honest. total time of the work took about 2 hrs 15 minutes from start to finish. i would use them again in the future for any roofing needs. he told me they do other work like windows and siding. my only negative was that my appointment date was about 1 month from when i called to schedule it. i'm guessing it's because they are busy and booked up but it was obvious after the quality of service that was provided. also, the pictures he took were supposed to be sent to me. it's been about 5 days now since service and i have not received them yet."

We really got the sense that they were experts, and felt the most comfortable with their proposal and recommendations. Our 1950 ranch-style home developed significant mold in the attic, requiring a new roof/ventilation, mold removal and, as a final step, new insulation. "The installers were on time and finished in a timely manner. They covered the entire work area with tarp and completely cleaned up when they were done. They walked me through everything they had done and had the permit application with them. They even fixed a minor leak with the hot water duct they discovered while checking the equipment."

"They did a very nice job. The guy came to give me an estimate, he looked and measured. We sat down and he told me the pros & cons of various kinds of insulation materials. They got the job because I liked what they told me and the guy took the time. They charged me $750 which was half the cost of another company that gave me an estimate. "When getting a quote for my roof, which this contractor also replaced for me, I received a quote on residing the house, adding ventilated soffits, replacing the gutters, insulating the garage and the cantilevered area under my kitchen and master bath. After getting the roof completed with a ridge vent installed, I needed the soffits replaced for proper attic ventilation. I also had a pipe freeze that's located in the cantilever area under the master bath and wanted that properly inspected, insulated, and finished off. While doing all of this I decided to complete the package with new vinyl siding for ease of maintenance. Timothy provided a separate quote for the roof and siding jobs. I proceeded with both jobs.
Good contractors are always busy and Timothy's team took a few months to get to my job. I was not in a rush, although I did want it completed before winter. A few days before beginning work, Timothy arrived with his sub to inspect the siding and generate a bill of materials. They arrived on a Tuesday and completed work on Wednesday. Their team fixed a variety of problems and did a wonderful job, adding fixture boxes for my porch lights even though I forgot to ask, and adding an outside vent for my bathroom fans that I forgot to mention until mid-job. Everything looks great and was done to my satisfaction. Two issues came up during the job, one of which was addressed promptly by Tim and should not be an issue. The other concern will be addressed once winter arrives, if it becomes an issue. A bit of construction debris was left around the outside of the house but it was mostly cleaned up. Tim stands behind his work and I have no doubt that my house will look great, and most importantly perform better for years to come.
