"Outdoor Advantage performed landscaping work at my residence on May 5, 2020. The “landscape artists” did an outstanding job. The work consisted of removing bushes and shrubs from four separate areas in the front, back, and side of the home. In the front they redefined the flower bed and planted several different types of shrubs and plants. They also added mulch to finish up the flower bed. In the back and sides, they replaced the flower beds with sod. They also provided a walkway using flat stones. The landscape was performed on time and very professionally. The men used the extra sod to cleanup some problem areas around the base of my sunroom. The really nice surprise was how they neatly trimmed the sod to fit around the irregular stones that made up the walkway. They also used some sod to clean up uneven areas around some popup drains at the back end of the yard. After the work was complete all work was cleaned up and it was if they had never been there. It was a joy working with this company. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the fall for additional work."

They also repaired our brick front steps and porch, and installed new path lights to replace old, failing lighting. Kyle is easy to communicate with, and offered a lot of good ideas. "Did excavation of making the driveway 12 feet wider and then installing a retaining wall around the perimeter of the driveway. Wall is 61 feet in length total. Garrett was excellent working with and helping with extra quotes and getting the job done. The entire crew did a great job and finished early. I have nothing but good things to say about Balco. I will use them in the future for any projects or landscaping."
