If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. Bill helped us with kitchen counter caulking, needed carpentry to replace rotting wood around the front door, cleaning out and reworking the dryer vent piping plus repaired the back fence gate that was a problem getting stuck for years. They did it professionally, and they did it superbly. :-) They replaced 33 boards with vinyl, fixed the floor board and practically rebuilt my deck. It was sinking, and the bolts to the house were corroded. They replaced the support beams, and the bolts as well as brought the railing up to code.
