If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. Bill helped us with kitchen counter caulking, needed carpentry to replace rotting wood around the front door, cleaning out and reworking the dryer vent piping plus repaired the back fence gate that was a problem getting stuck for years. I contracted them to do the carpentry only (the powerwash/sealing was more than double the cost I normally pay). Scheduling was done within a week or so, and I was very pleased with the work Gustavo and his assistant did. The repair was done carefully and competently, and showed good attention to detail.
