He is very patient in explaining the process of the project and shared what he was doing and why he is taking the steps to fix the problem in the most efficient and less expensive way. The quality of his work is much desired. In addition, he recommends future projects and made sure points to consider to be aware of and why, Overall, his customer service is outstanding without doubt We will request his help for future plumbing and carpentry home projects. The carpenter arrived with a well equipped vehicle, looked the job over made recommendations when we agreed with the scope of the project he went to work. He was quick, professional stayed on budget. We are very satisfied customers and plan to use Tanglewood Carpentry for our next project.

Excellent work! Explained what needed to be done to rebuild the wood stairs, including presenting different possible options before being able to see full extent of damage. Price matched the estimate. Work performed on time in accordance with proposed options. Would not hesitate to hire them again for other work.

John was very knowledgeable on what had to be done. He used his ingenuity to ensure the repair would be workable as well as look nice. I would definitely use him again should the need arise. I have added his name to my A-List of contractors and will recommend him to all!

Tanglewood is fantastic! They are reasonable and very honest. I hired them to repair the loose railings on my stairway and because they did such a fantastic job, I asked them to do some work on my kitchen cabinets too. Also had some electrical work done. A good all-around company to know. I would use them again and certainly would recommend them to all my friends and family.

The one to hire. He explains and draws everything beforehand to see if that is exactly what you want. He notices other features in house and matches to new project.

Great experience. All my flat builder grade interior doors were changed to 6-panel doors. John and Chris did a wonderful job, finished up on time and the price was very reasonable.

John is Fantastic. He clearly knows what he is doing and is extremely professional. He built stairs from a deck to a patio and did a great job. He even came out on a Sunday to get the job done. John's price was fair, and I could tell that he actually knew how to do the project and cares about his trade. It is nice to know a professional carpenter on whom you can count!!! Hire this guy!!!.

Work was good but not timely.

I called John and expressed the hope that he could provide the services I needed that day. Because his main truck was being fixed, he was able to do so. He hung a long drapery rod, 2 shelves and a bathroom cabinet. He's very professional, bright, competent and very concerned about doing the job right. I will definitely hire him again.

He solved the problem quickly, and since it was an easy fix, did not charge me for the service. I appreciated his expert advise and help with the problem.

Was very happy with this company. They showed up on time and did fantastic job, We got 3 fans installed and a fantastic price. we got 3 fans with lights installed. The fans look great! One of the Hunter fans has a bad odor smell but we hope that goes away..it could be a bad motor or something that was done by Hunter not my installer. ......but my overall rating for this installer is high and would recommend them as they were very reasonable.. my wife is writing a list of other products that need to be done................................. thanks again, Home Advisor and to Tanglewood Carpentry!

Did exactly what we agreed on our ffirst meeting . It took them about half of the time to do it than I expected. I'm satifated with the work done . I would call them again if need more help in the future.
