The dispatcher, Bona, was friendly and knowledgeable, and she said that Fred could come out the next morning between 9-10am, which he did. Fred did a great job. He's very thorough and personable. He explained everything that he was going to do and the reasons for doing each thing, and then went over each item when he was finished. I was very impressed and definitely will use them again for future plumbing needs."
