"I called Day & Night Plumber again because I had a good experience with their plumber Lal last time. His brother Saul(?) came this time to replace the toilet. As the brother, he explained everything in detail and did the job carefully. There was a little communication problem at the beginning. I called in for a toilet replacement two days earlier and instructed them to come with a specific toilet that I want from Home Depot. I texted the dispatcher the screen shot of the product from Home Depot's website and got her to confirm the job. But the plumber apparently did not get the information so he had to go out to get the toilet which added an extra hour to the job. But overall I like this company. It's small the job quality is consistent. The price is also reasonable. Will hire again for sure."

I had a few issues, and didn't know how he was going to quote my issues: 1) clogged bathroom sinks, mysterious water on floor on lower level 2) water pressure. Cut to the chase. He suggested I use a product for the clog; found the water issue, (a/c condensation drain clogged, and need new faucet. He could have quoted 3 different and large sum amounts. he didn't.
