I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

"Total Comfort Mechanical had installed mini split heat pump for the entire house. During survey, general manager spent time figuring out the best placement of units, inside and outside. TCM quoted the best price, and they were also recommended by a general contractor we worked with before. The office manager helped us with the paperwork for obtaining Mass Save loan and rebate, which made this process a lot quicker. The work crew was very considerate, used floor protectors throughout the house as well as shoe covers. Installation was complicated due to finished basement, and they took care to open the ceiling in as few places as possible and patch them afterwards. The work was of high quality, with the outside hoses and cables routed in the most inconspicuous way. We have operated the system during summer months and found no problems so far."

My basement actually looks like it belongs in the 21st century now. The did the job quickly and were very professional and left the place looking perfect.
