I hired Mark because he was highly recommended by others. My experience was phenomenal. I cannot thank him enough. He always came when he said he would. The job was completed timely everything was cleaned up and to my specifications. Mark was always concerned that I was Pleased with everything he was doing. He explained things very well and I understand how to work the system, he was reasonably priced as I had had many quotes. By far the best contractor I have dealt with in a long time he is the only person I will go to for HVAC ever . You should definitely hire him.

I highly recommend Mark of Tirana HVAC. I called on him to check a fairly old condenser to ensure it didn’t need attention before the summer heat. He was punctual and very pleasant and informative. It turned out that it didn’t need attention, but he changed an filter for me and adjusted the air ducts on my lower floor to even heating and cooling between the floors. He told name there was no charge for labor but just charged for traveling. I would definitely call on him in the future. Judy A.

The most honest and capable technician that I ever worked with. When another company told me I needed to replace my entire system at a cost of over $6000, Mark trouble shooted my condenser problem for $110. I would recommend that anyone experiencing a heating or AC problem contact him first. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I emailed asking about pricing and had same day service. Mark installed two nest thermostats for a reasonable price. Exercised all safety precautions when installing. He was super helpful with set up when we experienced problems. He checked that heating and cooling worked thoroughly. I would absolutely hire him again.

Mark was very responsive, always answering any question via SMS in a prompt manner and letting me know in advance what was needed and why. When installing, he made sure to explain what was going on.

I learned more about my heating system from Mark in the short time that he was at my house than from any manual or from living with it for five years.

Mark figured out the issue and explained the process as well as how the system worked (numerous wire connections from thermostats, airhandling units, zones, relay boxes...). Will certainly be reaching out to Mark for any future jobs.

Mark was such a pleasure to work with and he did great work at a good price. He replaced our furnace and designed and executed a new duct and vent system in our basement so that our house is now evenly and fully heated. He also installed AC. He was inventive and resourceful moving pipes, relocated supplies and returns and saved us space in our basement by repositioning the new furnace. The two workers he brought in where also very excellent and professional. We would absolutely have Mark come again.
