"Excellent. I've had Genove install both gas and oil heating systems in my properties, most recently oil. They have also installed central air/hydro air and handle my oil delivery. The techs have always been polite & knowledgable. Their customer service is impeccable. "Dylan was amazing. My hvac person retired & I found Dylan when my Central air decided to act up. He explained my unit was in approaching its last days but he could attempt to repair it if I wished but I decided it was time to do a complete new heating & cooling system & he made it a easy process. No pressure & no stress. Now we’re ready for the heat wave that’s apon on us. Thank you Dylan & your team for your professionalism & great service. I highly recommend & they’re my go to for plumbing as well as I’m about to have them replace my hot water tank before it becomes an issue"

"From receiving the quote to the installation and servicing NETR has been extremely professional and great to work with on this renovation project. The installation went very smoothly and every person on their team had a lot of experience. Further, the team was able to solve a number of tricky problems with our installation (such as running the electrical behind the walls, drilling a hole through the roof for the pipe, concealing the pump in the back of the closet). The installation happened on time and on schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services at home."

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"
