This company installed three systems in my home. All three malfunctioned within the first year of installation. Since then, they stopped responding to my emails. They say it?s it?s because I?m difficult to work with but I sure don?t think it?s reasonable to abandon someone after messing up $50,000 worth of work in their home.

SumZero did a great job from the initial proposal to the final 3rd day of the installation. Everything went smoothly just as planned. There were no surprises. The installation team was very professional & courteous. Work space was vacuumed at the end of each day. Would highly recommend this company.

The entire SumZero experience was fantastic from start to finish. Paul came out and did a nice walkthrough to give us a full understanding of exactly how our system should be sized and quickly got us estimates with all MassSave included (and they take care of all of it so you get instant savings). Jackson and Lara were great to work with and did a great job with the project walkthrough and getting everything scheduled quickly. The team uses a nifty app called ServiceTitan so you always know who is coming and get live updates on their arrival which is extremely convenient. When the team showed up for the installation, they had everything they needed and were great about communicating every step along the way and asking questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. The attention to detail for the install was top notch (see pictures), and we are really happy with their recommendation to use a Bosch heat pump and Trane furnace. Highly recommend!

Paul found the most suitable system for our smallish cottage house, and he and Daniel were invaluable in explaining how a modern thermostat works to get the right settings. Once the purchase was made, the company quickly installed the heat pump. The company also helps with the rebate forms. During the recent cold nights, the heat pump has worked flawlessly. We are very satisfied with the product.

On the day that the heat pump is installed, request that Paul or Daniel be there at the end of the installation to go over all the details on how to operate the complicated thermostat. Paul and Daniel will answer all questions, but those who install the pump do not handle thermostat questions. And the maker of this thermostat, like the makers of all modern thermostats, does not provide a manual or a clear explanation on-line. This lack of manual and on-line instructions is exceptionally frustrating, which is why staff like Paul and Daniel are essential on the day of installation.

Very good at trying to do right by me. I really liked alot of things about them. They really want to make you satisfied. Qualified personnel. And, really nice.

SumZero Energy Systems have been excellent in the last several months with supporting the replacement of my air conditioning system in my old condo as well as servicing my furnace. A price comparison with other local companies also prooved SumZero Energy Systems offered the best price. When I purchased a home a few months later, I called them to take a look at my air conditioning system and furnace because I felt as though they had provided such excellent service in the past. It was a no-brainer to ask for consultation regarding the heating and cooling systems in my new home! When I contacted them for assistance or consultation, they are usually quick to respond and provide appointment times had a very convenient window! The A/C that was installed was actually a ductless A/C from Mitsubishi . It has the ability to heat as well. My experience with SumZero and Ilija and his crew was top notch. They were wonderful to work with. Professional, polite and very efficient. I d definitely use them again and have recommended them to numberous people.
