Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"I was renovating a kitchen that desperately needed an update as it had not been renovated since the 80â s. Dana and his team were excellent in presenting different layouts, all with the cost effectiveness in mind. In the end, I got a design that was far better than I could have anticipated, all the while knowing where I wanted to spend more or less. Now the kitchen is beautiful and laid out with much better functional ease, which is important for a smaller space. Dana was so easy to work with and trust, and as someone who is extremely busy and wanted things moving quickly and efficiently, he was more than accommodating. Great communication too! Thank you for a wonderful design and amazing new kitchen!"

"I hired Leo for a bathroom renovation project. From the demo to tiling to hanging the last towel hook he was excellent! Quality of work and attention to detail was great. "Mike is the best contractor we have had the opportunity to work with. We were skeptical at first because most other contractors we have worked with over promise and under perform, as well as do not return phone calls / emails. Not Mike. For our kitchen project, he went out of his way to insure every piece of the project was finished and passed his own QC (which in many cases was more stringent than our own QC). He came up with a few ideas that really made the project shine (like the addition of an archway to separate two ceiling heights). Mike also was not afraid to express his opinion based on his experiences and this saved us a lot of time and money. Mike always told you what he was doing, when it would be done and what the next day consisted of so you could prepare yourself. His helper (also named Mike), is also a professional. Care was taken to insure proper set up and take down of anything needing to be installed. Each day, the job site would be cleaned to make the rest of the house more livable during construction. We are extremely impressed with the work and talents of Mike Carlon and are very happy we had him complete our kitchen remodel.
