We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project.

Richard is extremely knowledgeable and a master at designing and installing even the most challenging of jobs. He reworked the entryway to our garage and steps to our mudroom to make them safe and attractive. Hannah handles the admin side very efficiently. They make a great team for all your reno needs!

Richard and his team are exceptional! His professionalism and skills are estimable. However, what sets Richard apart is that when he works on your home, he demonstrates repeatedly that he considers your home as his own. Your finished product will look like what he would create in his own space. No detail, however small, escapes his laser like focus. Furthermore, he makes himself available to you for any concerns/questions that you might have regarding your project. Hanna, his right hand and office manager, keeps in touch letting you know what is happening on any given day. They are an effective team. I highly recommend his company without reservation. He is the best!

Amazing. Doing a full home renovation long distance is stressful but Richard and Hannah made it easy with their thorough communications and an honest and fair game plan which they adhered to from start to finish. We are so glad we partnered with them and would readily recommend and hire them again!

In the summer of 2018 in the hottest of summers days they did our roof. They showed up on time and didn't NOT go over the estimate. They are currently putting windows in our second floor and they are amazing - clean, prompt, friendly and moreover trustworthy. I highly recommend them and will give them five ***** every time.

As before, Richard Peckham, Jr. and IHS provided excellent craftsmanship. Hanna's excellent communication skills tied the project together and kept it moving forward. Richard and Isaiah take pride in working in a meticulous way and it shows in their artistry. Yes, not just workmanship, but also artistry. We are confident the project was priced fairly and reasonably. We want them to be paid at a rate that is respectful to their work. At the same time, we cannot afford to pay exorbitant prices. We feel that a happy balance was achieved in this and every project IHS has done for us.

Richard was fantastic to work with. It helped that we planned ahead -- contracted in September for work to begin after Thanksgiving, while the house was unoccupied in the winter. But he stayed in regular contact with us via phone and text message, sent us photo updates, and called whenever unexpected issues arose. Since the house is at least 160 years old, sometimes surprises did pop up -- but he always found a smart, economical way to work through or around them. Our tastes were sometimes a bit different than his. Sometimes he'd persuade us to go his way, otherwise he'd go with our wishes, but it was always a good give-and-take. And he worked his butt off to get that wall bench right (see photo below). The job took a bit longer than originally planned due to unanticipated problems caused by the "antique" nature of the house itself, this winter's 3 Nor'easters, some cabinetry not delivered on time, a couple of our change orders, and other odds and ends -- but we know both from Richard's regular photos, as well as reports from friends living in and visiting town, that his crew was there working almost day in and day out unless there was a good reason for delay. He was also good about anticipating how far in advance we needed to order and/or call for delivery of key items: e.g., appliances, cabinetry, countertops, bathroom tiles, fixtures, etc. Except when the supplier messed up (which happened occasionally), this helped move things along. Best of all, compared to most of the contractors who are known as "regulars" in Provincetown and therefore in high demand, his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering that he and his crew were driving up every day from Hyannis. Definitely give him a shot at bidding your job.

Richard was extremely knowledgable, detail oriented and conscientious. He took the time to go over in an organized manner the details of the project and was a very good listener. He is also very creative and I appreciated his expertise and design ideas. He started the work on time and completed on time and our home was always clean and tidy during the entire process. He was always available and responsive when ever we called with questions. We are extremely happy with his work and get many compliments on the end result

I had hired Richard Peckham and his crew of Integrity Home Solutions to perform a kitchen/bath remodel of my condo in Provincetown in 2016. I was so pleased with his work and his ability to get the job done on short notice I called on him again to help prepare my Centerville home prior to putting it on the market for sale. Again, Richard and his crew came to the rescue. I needed the job done in a relatively short period of time. The major work was replacing the 30 year old roof. After selecting the roofing product that we were going to use, Richard got to work ordering materials and obtaining permits. Within 2 weeks the project started and completed on schedule . I was very pleased with the outcome. Richard and his team also replaced some windows, replaced cedar shingles on siding of house, installed new under ground drains for gutters, and sealed basement walls/floors. Again, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and excellent communication. As I was not on site, Richard kept me informed of progress of work on a daily basis. I would certainly call on Richard again and use Integrity Home Solutions as my first choice for any home repair/remodeling/contracting needs.

This was our third project with Richard Peckham, Jr. and Integrity Home Solutions. What struck us most this time was Richard's ability to think fast on his feet, come up with a creative solution for an unexpected challenge, and execute that solution beautifully. Our countertop had to be modified somewhat to accommodate the new range. Richard quickly selected the right tool, and he and Isaiah improvised a clever solution. We were impressed that, with the plumber waiting outside to install the range, Richard was able to stay cool, calm, collected, and even humorous under pressure. Also, his willingness to coordinate the work around our schedule was a pleasure. The plumber he selected has now helped complete two of our projects. John of Jen's Plumbing was so pleasant and knowledgeable that we instantly felt at ease with him. He, like Richard, answered every question we had. That is a deal maker for us. We are truly happy campers. Thank you gentlemen.

This was our second project with Richard Peckham, Jr. and Integrity Home Solutions. After our first project with Richard, we trusted he would do a good job, and he did. He is meticulous and detail oriented. He listened to each of our questions, concerns, and requirements, and responded thoughtfully and thoroughly. He and his crew, Isaiah, Dennis, and Duke, stayed busy and were friendly and professional. There was no laying about on the job. The cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, which was wonderful. Richard made several helpful suggestions that were not part of the original project. Some we took him up on, like replacing a door and the rotting wood around it, and some we chose not to do. He accepted all of our decisions with positive professionalism. We see IHS as capable of and willing to do repairs and remodeling across the spectrum of home projects, no matter how small or how large the job. Some contractors turn up their noses at jobs that are too small for their tastes, regardless of how urgent the work is. Not Richard. And yet, he and his crew take on and complete massive projects, as well. We recommend him without hesitation.

The bathroom is beautiful and is just one of several projects that Richard has completed for me. To date they have remodeled 2 bathrooms, installed cherry hardwood floors and new windows. I appreciate their quality work and have more projects that I will entrust to them!

Well,most of the work was done while I was away with periodic visits to insure progress and workmanship. Rick kept in touch with pictures and progress.

Initially all went well. Richard was kind, punctual and helpful in making decisions and performing the work necessary for a satisfactory job. About half way through though he found out his plumber could not do the job so he tried to find a new one. He was unsuccessful for a few weeks, delaying our project, and when he did hire a new plumber, it was going to cost him about $2500 extra. This made him extremely upset and he was unhappy to be on our job sight from that point forward. He was angry and uncooperative from that day until the job was finished. The only time he was congenial was when he asked us to recommend him to a neighbor. Although we considered this, based on his attitude, not only toward us and our project, but also regarding minorities and his degrading attitude towards women, we could not. We wanted him off the job as soon as possible. At the 'end' of the job he submitted a bill for extras in the amount of $3500 for things like putting on our kitchen cabinet hardware ($600) and other unfounded fees and charges. We ultimately paid him a good portion of it because he threatened us with a lawsuit and informed us that he intended to put a lien on our home. Not wanting to deal with this headache we worked out a solution, but it felt like extortion. This was one of the worst experiences of our lives. The renovations are not complete and his subcontractors wanted even more $$ to come back and finish the job. This is not their fault, he is just not a good manager of the work he promises to perform, and ultimately this was probably too big of a job for him to deal with. We will find other contractors to finish the work. He also does not guarantee his work. He installed a door that does not function properly and we asked on several occasions for him to make it right and he has refused. The project was to be completed in 8-12 weeks it took 5 months. There were 21 days that he was scheduled to be on the job when he did not show up. Although he claimed to be working 6 days a week, this was not true. As you may also find when working with a contractor and they start to act this way, you feel bound to have them complete the job because there is so much time and money already committed. If I could have fired him the first time he made an unsatisfactory comment about women or minorities or showed his very volatile anger issues, I would have, but we were close to finishing and I just wanted the project done and him out of our lives. Had he simply been a more pleasant and agreeable person, this review would probably be different. We could have overlooked his personal shortcomings and inability to cooperate; however, because he became SO unpleasant to work with we had to put it all in the review so others would know what they are getting when they hire him. The big part of the work he did was good... so far, nothing other than the door that does not work has been an issue. Attention to detail is not his strong point. As I said at the beginning. We enjoyed working with him for the first few months and the work he did then was fine. After that, however; things went bad for him and he took it out on us and could not recover. We have further work to do on our home as well as two acquaintances who were wanting to do similar projects to ours. We find; however, that cannot recommend him for even the smallest project, and would want others to be aware of the issues we encountered. Richard appears to suffer from anger issues, hopefully he can get help with this. It would show in his work and in his life. We do not wish ill will on anyone, but until he gets help, others need to know who they are dealing with before they sign a contract.

I couldn't be happier with the work done by Richard and crew. I emailed Richard to request a quote and he responded immediately and provided a quote extremely quickly. He was very respectful of our budget and suggested ways we could get the look we were going for without breaking the bank. We needed the roof repair done immediately, and Richard took time in addition to his already scheduled projects to complete the repairs. Richard was very courteous of the fact that we were starting this work in the summer and would need them to be functional on weekends. Once work began, Richard and crew worked quickly to ensure we had a functional spaces at all times. He communicated progress regularly, and was transparent about any issues that came up and what it would cost to address them. He was always cognizant of our budget and did additional work needed in a cost effective way. There were instances where fixtures I picked did not exactly fit the space, and his crew went above and beyond to make them work. Being my first project, there were things I forgot to pick up and Richard made a trip to get the additional items. Richard made managing the project off-cape a breeze. The finished projects are spaces that we are extremely happy with and enjoying. In addition, Richard and his crew repaired water damage from the roof leak and did a beautiful job painting the ceiling in our living area which had brown spots for years. I would absolutely use Integrity Home Solutions again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor that makes quality a priority while being conscious of your budget. It went beautifully. Richard from IHS handled everything including all of the unforeseen bumps in the road with a sense of urgency and professionalism. He was a pleasure to work with and took away all of the stress of doing a remodel from another state. He was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had and quick to offer and find solutions. He was truly invaluable to the project. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was meticulously done.

Richard and Isiah were wonderful to work with. They were prompt and respectful of your house and your time. Unlike other contractors, there were no surprises and add ones, which tends to be the norm. They were always professional and thorough in their explanations and job progress. They did an excellent job in the renovations and in a timely manner. We hope to use them again on our upstairs shower renovation.

Richard was there every day consecutively until we had a functional bathroom again. He gave us updates about the work completed and what was expected to be completed the next day. He provided us with an outhouse during the work, and worked as quickly as possible to get us our bathroom back. It came out beautiful!

We loved Richard and are very happy with the work that he did over the winter in our Provincetown home. We were nervous about remodeling our kitchen and bathroom but it was painless. Richard was very helpful, responsive and a joy to work with. We recommend IHS for any project and will definitely hire them again.

We are extremely happy with the work done by Integrity Home Solutions! Richard Peckham gave us the most reasonable quote for a new roof and gutters. Richard doesn't just quote the work and send out a crew... he is at your home doing the work with his employees. They were all so polite, professional and very considerate of our safety as we went in and out of our home during their work day! There wasn't one nail left on our property or any other debris (as we've had with other contractors.) We would highly recommend Richard and Integrity Home Solutions!!
