Desousa is a company that is bonded and insured, in case something does go wrong (which it didn't). Clean up was spotless. The crew did even a little more than I expected. Overall, we got value for our money. Other companies had to subcontract a crane company and/or did not meet our price point. I would definitely hire this company again and highly recommend them to anyone. This is one of the few companies these days that does a variety of work perfectly and at "very" reasonable rates. Their communication is amazing They actually were able to get me an estimate that evening and the estimate was very reasonable . "We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ.
