Kreative Barns completed two projects for us and I highly recommend them as contractors. Their work is high quality and they are reliable. First, we renovated our primary bathroom, taking it down to the studs and re-designing with all new fixtures and tile, keeping our existing radiant heat intact. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The tiler is incredibly hard-working, skilled, and detail oriented. We are thrilled with the results. The second project was a replacement of our deck and screened porch with a larger 4-season sunroom and deck. This larger project also went smoothly from design, permitting and demolition all the way to the finish work. Konstantin is very knowledgeable. He communicated with us regularly and he provided excellent advice on all aspects of the project. The members of his crew are professional, courteous, and meticulous. We could not be happier with the finished project and would choose Kreative Barns again in the future.

Contractor was on top of everything when a new problem occurred it was communicated with text and photos. Work was completed on time.

Kreative Barns recently added an addition to our home. The result was absolutely beautiful and was completed exactly as designed. We were adamant it not look like an afterthought....when completed it looked as though it was part of the original home. We couldn't have been happier, the project exceeded our expectations! Konstantin is a truly a professional who listens and is very easy to work with. The cost was fair and there were no surprises, such as additional costs at every turn. His crew were among the best.... timely, courteous professionals (no profanity or loud music, such as we experienced in the past). We were thrilled with the finish work. We were living in the home at the time and were surprised at how clean they kept the work site. Kreative Barns was one of the best contractors we have worked with. We would not hesitate to recommend Kreative Barns and would hire them again if we ever have a need!!!

Management was very responsible and clear with the plans executed and follow through until completeion. Sub-contractors were not only excellent, but professional and on- time. Cleaned after all their projects daily. Came in on budget!

We recently hired Konstantin and his team for the fourth time, and it was another five-star job. Time was of the essence, and his crew worked long, long days (with our enthusiastic approval) to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. After sealing off the rest of the house, the KB guys emptied out a packed suite of rooms and then replaced dusty wall-to-wall carpeting there and on the stairs leading up them with beautiful red oak. They removed baseboards and doors, but it was still trickyâ "nosing" extended out along one wall above the stairs, and there two landings, plus a closet and several side rooms. They also custom-built a bookshelf into three walls of a previously awkward space. Ugly fluorescent lighting was replaced with simple LEDs, and the walls were repainted. Then they moved all of the furniture and 9 zillion books back in. The rest of the house remained clean and allergen-free, as promised. While the work certainly wasn't cheap, Konstantin discovered (and passed along) savings along the way, and discussed every decision in advance so there were no surprises. I'm sure we'll hire them again when it's time to update our bathrooms!

Kreative Barns is an incredible remodeling, renovation, and new construction company. Konstantin and his team put so much thought, care, and concern into the quality and durability of their work. They spent the time to fully understand what we wanted, they helped us refine our vision, were patient with us as that vision evolved, engaged with some really challenging engineering puzzles, and then took ownership of every phase of the project while letting us insert our preferences every step of the way. The end result was magical. We got so much more than what we initially hoped for. Our home is efficient, convenient, comfortable, and beautiful. The Kreative Barn teamâ s skill and craftsmanship inspire me to be better at everything I do. Konstantin took time upfront to learn about the project before committing to it but once he committed, he truly delivered. Moreover, he was completely open about where his strengths were and had zero ego about handing off the parts of the project he couldnâ t do to people in his network. Everyone he brought in, he managed, coordinated with, and every single person and team had the same no nonsense attitude as Konstantin around getting the job done and getting it done right. It was no surprise that the people who worked with him had a ton of respect for him. If more people took same the level of pride in their craft, and approached their work with the same level of integrity, the worldâ s problems would soon be over. I recommend anyone who is doing any kind of building, renovation, upgrades, or remodeling of any kind to talk to Kreative. Theyâ re amazing.

Every member of the Kreative Barns team is an artist, from design to implementation all of their work was outstanding. The team completed a major renovation of our new house, three bathrooms, a kitchen and more. To a person, they were polite, respectful and attentive to our needs and expectations. Communication was excellent- timely and clear. Everyone worked hard to meet deadlines and stay on budget. Increased costs and delays were always discussed and we were always given choices about how to proceed. We recommend Konstantin and his crew without reservation.

This was a remodel project that had several distinct parts including drywalling, framing, finish carpentry and painting. Communication was way above average and the job was done on time and on budget. Weâ ve done many projects at our homes and this one was particularly well done by the contractor.

We interviewed five builders for our 310 square foot primary suite addition and interior reconfiguration. This included excavation for a new foundation, opening the existing foundation wall to join the spaces, a new walk out entrance, and site grading. From the beginning Konstantin Aleksandrov, the owner, listened carefully, made suggestions about layout and finishes, and was aware of every detail along the way. He maintained communication with the workers and with us. The crews were professional and personable (and punctual too!). Materials were ordered in a timely manner and managed on site. The the work area was orderly and well maintained on a daily basis. There was a flow of skilled subs: electrical, roofing, hardwood flooring, insulation, gutters, tile, drywall and painting. Building inspections were coordinated with the appropriate Town personnel to keep the project moving. We did select our paint, tiles, and bathroom fittings from area suppliers and then coordinated delivery and installation with Konstantin. Because of some Covid related supply chain issues with the exterior finishes, we added a complete re-siding project which involved the construction of a new front porch. The crews moved seamlessly from interior to exterior work. We are extremely happy with our addition and the new look of our house.

After completing a Master suite addition with Konstantin we did a complete gut of our kitchen. The results were excellent and it was a collaborative success. I would definitely work with him again!

Kreative Barns did a complete remodel of our studio beach cottage. Konstantin had amazing ideas about how to maximize the space, with no style or beauty compromised. He and his team listened to our needs and created a beautiful interior space that lets the exterior views show. To a person, each member of the team was kind, professional and skilled. Every time I walk into this cottage I smile. It is just what we wanted it to be, and more. I will use Kreative Barns again in the future, and recommend them highly.

Konstantin has become our first call when we have any questions about our house. He personally came to our home and spent a few hours talking with me about possible solutions to the many problems our Cape Cod home had. In the end, the investment of time and money was substantial, but we could not be more happy with the end result: new windows, siding, roof, doors and an extensive interior architectural reconstruction that no one else wanted to touch. The entire Kreative Barnes team is professional, friendly, respectful and talented. Whoever is able to secure Konstantin's expertise will be very happy they did.

Konstantin and Kreative Barn did an excellent job. They exceeded all expectations. Konstantin works well with the homeowner informing them of time schedules, any change of plans, and always doing things within budget. If things need to be changed because of unforeseen problems, delivery of supplies etc., he adapts well and keeps you in the loop. Also the contractors he uses are superb; the electrician, plumber and painters etc. will be used by me going forward because of their great work. My wife and I would definitely recommend Kreative Barn to handle any construction need!

We recently contracted Kreative Barns to replace a roof (our immediate concern) for our newly purchased home in Eastham. Konstantin met with us to introduce his services. We found Konstantin to be very thorough and professional. He was able to for see future work and the immediate concerns for our best investment. This opened our eyes to long term value and safety for our home. We were well advised to also replace the skylight, trim and the gutters for our roof project to prevent future damage. KB teams were polite, efficient and hard working. They were upbeat and kept a clean workspace. Konstantin was always available to address any concerns and quick to respond. We found KB prices to be competitive with high quality results. Since we were out of town during periods of this project, we trusted Konstanin to oversee everything. In fact our neighbors commented (unsolicited) on the professionalism and workmanship of the crew. Konstantin stands behind his team and their work and we would used them again. Work was started and completed as scheduled.
