Plj did a very professional job and I would not hesitate to recommend them

We hired PLJ for a very large project to strip and replace all the shingles, trim, and gutters on our home in Harwich. We got 3 quotes and PLJ was the most detailed and accurate in the proposed scope. The price was very reasonable compared to the other two. At the time of the quote we were told it would be about a two week job. I was skeptical, and was proven right. It took much longer. Some weather related, some scheduling of sub-contractors related. After we paid the initial deposit the Operations manager contacted us to schedule the start of the job. We met our project manager Welber (Albert) Castro at the start of the job. Albert communicated with us and a regular basis regardless if it was good news, or a delay. He was always available for a call or a on site walkthrough. When we bought up some concerns we had, he listened, heard us and made a commitment to make sure we were happy with the finished project. The project was recently finished, and although the process took longer than we expected, Albert and the owner stayed committed to their word to make sure we were satisfied and they did so without any additional charges. PLJ made sure their customer was happy at the end of the project

PLJ Carpentey was amazing to work with! Each step of the process was so efficient, starting with Rob as our sales person. It was a large project on an older house so lots of surprises! Wilbur, Andre and Vitor were on site every day, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Communication was great, quality was great and they took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up every day and at the end of the project! Highly recommend! We will definitely be doing more projects with Plj!

we interviewed several companies to have our cedar shingles replaced on one side of our house. the quote we recieved was very professional and complete. their price was right in line with the other quotes we received. We felt very comfortable going with PLJ. Our experience couldn’t have been more positive. The shingles were delivered a few days prior to the start of the work. They were placed neatly and out of the way in our driveway. The dumpster was delivered the day before the start.the crew arrived at 8AM and got to work immediately. Janderson, the project manager came by a little while later to introduce himself and to make sure I had his phone number. He came by every day to check and make sure everything was going smoothly. The crew was very respectful and worked long hours. They took time to clean up the wo area each night. when the project was finished Janderson came back to make sure we were completely satisfied. Overall it was a great experience with an excellent job done.

We hired PLJ to update the trim on our house. They did a complete removal and replacement of the rotted wood and replaced it with PVC. It was not a small job, nor a quick job, but the quality of the finished product was outstanding. The issues that remained after the work were addressed by the team in a straightforward manner and without argument. It's always a disruption to have a team of men crawling over your house for a week, but we were overall pleased with our experience.

We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. The project manager Thales was real easy to work with and he constantly focused on our satisfaction with the job. I highly recommend PLJ Carpentry. Dan Green Middleboro, MA
