Working with Lux Renovations was as smooth as you would want a project to go. From having a salesperson walk us through the options, to them offering financing to then having a project manager managing the very easy going crew from beginning to end their front end office and back end all provide 5 star service. My wife and finished our basement of 960 + sqft with an additional bathroom. They worked with us around some of our custom tile work demands and helped us find a third party and always gave us the option to go with their option and/or we could shop for an alternative of which they would let us know if we would be allowed a credit based on the prepaid work. Coordination of pulling permits and approvals were all done by them and we didn't have to deal with any vendor bottlenecks as they were the ones that coordinated between the electricians, plumbers etc...overall a 5 star experience couldn't ask for more!

We hired Lux Renovations to help finish our basement to increase our living space to accommodate our growing family. We were able to fully finish half the basement and create a working art studio and living space—which allowed us to make the rest of our basement more functional as well.
We’ve dealt with several contractors over the years and we knew when it came to the basement and all of the complexities that go with it we wanted the best of the best. With Lux we were able to get the best materials and the best craftsmanship. Carlos and Luis handled the day-to-day, hands-on work—and they are true craftsmen. Carlos also kept us abreast of any updates—and answered all of our questions. George, the project manager, was excellent in facilitating the logistics between the electricians, the town inspections, dumpster pickup, and more. He really helped get us over the finish line.

Company was great to work with and finished the job within 2 weeks. It was great to have Owens manage the whole project from start to finish including plumbing, electrical, and construction. The main contractor was friendly and they kept the site very clean each. The wall technology is great and I already had to put it to use by removing the panel by my water meter so the Town could replace it. The entire wall system snapped right back into place and still looks new after the water meter work. Great concept.

They were always on time, listened to our concerns, and worked with us to get the exact design we were looking for. We needed the basement finished as soon as possible, and they worked more efficiently than any team I've ever hired before. We are so pleased with the finished product. It is beautiful and functional! The basement has been finished for a few months now, and we have zero complaints! I was hesitant to go with such a major organization- if you too have those concerns, please let go of these worries! I highly recommend Lux Renovations/Owens Corning Basements for refinishing basements. The initial consultant was highly professional and it never felt like he was a ‘salesman’ with high pressure tactics just trying to get his commission. I have never refinished a basement before and assumed it would be the same as any other room in the house but I felt extremely reassured about the materials and methods used to keep the basement in the best condition as possible. When it came to the instillation, I cannot speak highly enough of the people that made it happen. They were prompt, hardworking, considerate, and there was never a moment we were concerned about having people we didn’t know in our home. The results are wonderful. Our basement was feeling like a dingy place we just put stuff but now it is open, clean, and an enjoyable place to be.
