Harold & his crew, Charlie & Mike were awesome. Came to work on time. They listened to my wants & needs and came up with a plan that worked. Communicated with us through out the process. Their attention to detail was incredible. They went above & beyond their job description. I would highly recommend them on any renovations, they are very talented skilled laborers. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Harold fixed foundation issues I’d been trying to get sddressed for four years without luck! He responded to every thought I had and did what I wanted. I feel like I have a new home! Wonderful, professional, creative, responsive and thorough! I will never have anyone else work in my home!

Harold and crew performed exceptionally. Harold and crew willing to work with us as larger projects were "tweaked' as they progressed. Clearly "pros". Wonderful workmanship.

The project was twofold. The sunroom needed three new sliders after damage from frozen pipes. Harold’s men installed the doors but made a mess of the casing on all three. Unevenly matched etc. Harold attempted to fix it. The second project was two remove clapboards on back of house and replace with shingling. He also suggested that the kitchen casement window needed replacing. We paid $1042.00 for the window. He never came back. We waited 6 months and I contacted him. He assured me he would have the window installed. He was a no show. I’ve made several attempts to get him to finish the job. We went through a cold winter and he had left the shingling open around the kitchen window. He also never installed the outside light on the back of the house after removing it for work. I fired him and yet he tells me he doesn’t have the money. I am short of going to small claims court. People beware!

Both jobs were done professionally, workers were prompt, polite, and worked diligently to provide an excellent end result. All debris was removed and carted away. The outside stairway is secure to our garage second level and the skylights are installed with inside framing done to our satisfaction. The outside roofing and windows look excellent. A good soaking rain will be needed to ensure there is no leakage. We do not expect any.

We wanted a different look to the front of the house that required altering the framing for new windows. Harold was very thorough, both in what he quoted and how his team performed the work. He estimated correctly that the siding on the front of the house could be reused and pointed out how the design needed to be altered slightly as work progressed. We were very pleased with the whole project and have hired his team again for a smaller project. Due to the fairness of his price, I believe he is in high demand, and overlooked delays in responsiveness. We got a quote of $10,000 for the same job by one of the big firms in the area, where you may not have to wait as long. For me, it was well worth the savings to wait and be understanding.

Harold responded promptly to our call. He recommended a solution that included directing the water away from the window well, sealing the area around the window and sealing the walls at the ends of the metal ties. He also modified the gutters and added downspouts. He provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work promptly.

Replaced the wood flooring and painted the sunroom after frozen pipes resulted in water damage throughout the sunroom. Harold and his crew were very helpful in the process of replacing the washing machine and dryer and helpful in choosing new appliances that would fit into the space. The pricing to do the work was reasonable and we will hire Harold to do more work on the house.

Final bathroom looks excellent. The team was easy to work with and friendly. Work start date was delayed due to damaged shower unit, which was ordered and arrived broken. Once shower stall arrived, work went fairly quickly although there were some pauses. They were really good at the end working through punch list of unfinished items. Our job didn't have some of the details worked out at the beginning so we had to rethink some of it on the fly. The final result is an amazing transformation.

Did exactly what I asked. Allowed me to do the tear down and final finishing to save money. Came when they promised. Finished exactly when predicted, and did not add any charges. Very professional.

Harold and his crew worked hard, were polite and professional. We had some inclement weather and Harold was careful to make sure deck was completely dry before painting. Sometimes we had to wait a couple of days and Harold and/or crew even worked on weekends. We are quite pleased with the work he did and the way the deck looks.

Loyd's is a good company. He was excellent. He was awesome. He's polite. You can tell he's got very good help. They cleaned up after themselves. We had to rebuild our staircase, 1 40 year old case, it wasn't in code at all, somebody had done cheap stairs. It was really frightening if you figure out how its set up. He was always on time and his workmen are always very professional. I found it on Angie's List. We were trying to fix the house in different ways. They were just fantastic. They're the best. I would definitely call him.

They were wonderful to work with.  They showed up when expected, and were friendly, professional, talented and communicative.We will have them work for us again. Great results and they finished within the time period they quoted, and within the budget they quoted. They also adjusted the initial plans to our requests.  Wonderful, polite, talented crew.

Harold came in at least three times to measure, listen to what we want and brought the tiling person (Mike Burke from Mike Burke Tile and Stone) to discuss issues and designs. His team (Johny and Garrett) came in on the day we have agreed to begin. Harold later brought in electrician and plasterer and coordinated with Mike on the tiling job. Altogether, Harold did an excellent job managing all involved contractors. He does great woodwork among other things and built the custom cabinets for the bathroom. The result is the bathroom we were dreaming of. The hardwood floor turned out terrific and we love it.
Harold listened and worked with us to  make sure we get what we wanted and gave us a very fair price.

They did great. They actually exceeded our expectations. They came when they said they would come. The quality of the work was very good. We had a question on one thing and they redid it just to make us happy. Everything came out perfect. We found their pricing to be very competitive and maybe even reasonable.

All of the jobs that Harold has done for us have gone well. Any bumps in the road - and bumps are inevitable - are handled with honesty and dispatch. Harold has a vast amount of experience, is honest and fair and reliable. I could not recommend him too highly.
