"It was a great experience. Preston was very personable and explained everything that needed to be done once he assessed the problems. He proceeded to fix the problem.(back up between the toilet and shower) with minimal ease and in a timely manner. "Randy came to first look at my garbage disposal which I thought had to be replaced, instead, it just needed an adjustment and replacement part. Looked at my "whistling" toilet and said it needed a new valve. Came back a few days later and installed it. Come to find out, I need a whole new toilet (not his fault) it's an old toilet. When it arrives, he will pick it up and install for me. Very professional and did not try to tell me anything had to be replaced just to make extra money. He saved me money!!"
