Tim was extremely professional and provided estimates prior to starting work. He installed two sub pumps, drainage, and replaced kitchen plumbing. Would highly recommend their company for future work.

We had a leaking drainage pipe in our basement that needed attention. Lucky Duck replied quickly to our query and were professional and easy to deal with. The pipe was fixed within a few days and our technician, Tim, explained the fix and did the work in the same visit. I would recommend working them without hesitation. Good people. Good work.

After trying for over 2 years to get a plumber to come out and repair a turn off valve and outside faucet, I finally hit on one. Randy showed up on time, as scheduled, quickly assessed the job, provided a fair estimate and completed the project that day. I'm sure we will be calling them again in the future.

Tim and Tiffany expertly and efficiently navigated our city's water department 's somewhat complicated process of obtaining a permit to do the work, and had the job done very quickly. We were kept informed of every step of the process. Lucky Duck Plumbing maintains excellent communication with their customer. Tim was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process involved in the job and addressing any concerns we had. Tim did great work in a very appropriate time frame. The price we paid for this job was certainly reasonable. We definitely recommend Lucky Duck Plumbing and will call them again if we need plumbing service.

After many attempts trying to fix our industrial sink drain, to no avail, Timmy came by.. figured out the problem and even left to go get the parts and came back to fix it after a full day of work already done!
