Alex is the worst contractor alive, he did horrible work, never finished anything, he never pulled permits, all while he had just screwed over another woman and her disabled child .My electrical is so messed up it?s going to cost over $20,000 to fix it. He puts on the ?nice guy? vibes and then turns into a swearing lying bully.I have many many many more pictures. The bathroom has to be stripped completely, the floor has nail holes and cracks the wainscoting is completely destroyed. He put up a fan that was old and it blows fuses, he never even put my sink in, and the toilet he put in was leaking into the floor and we had to purchase anew one. He also drilled a whole straight thru the wall to my bedroom,and then he used a piece of my molding from my dining room to put in front of the tub, I haven?t been able to use my bathroom since last March.

Alex, Arthur and Daniel rebuilt the porch of my mother's house in a historic district in springfield. They were beyond amazing-- The porch now looks like it's brand new, but still is in the style needed for that area of springfield. They also painted the entire house and cleaned the gutters. The roof of the porch had declined so significantly that a demo was necessary, but the guys did an awesome job not only with demo, but cleanup and rebuilding. Since my husband and I don't live on site of the renovation, Alex provided daily (sometimes hourly!) updates and pictures of the progress that was made. The house not only passed normal construction inspection, but also met with the strict requirements of the historical commission in springfield. I would (and will) hire them again in a second.

Alex and crew did an excellent job repairing my cracked textured ceiling and the underlying leak beneath. Alex is congenial yet very professional and I couldnâ t be happier with the quality of their work. I will absolutely have them back should the need arise and would unequivocally recommend them. Good job cleaning the gutters

Great communication and very professional. Part of the job did not take anywhere near as long as he originally thought and quoted and he adjusted the price on the invoice. Alex did a really good job cleaning ,repairing and installing leaf screens on our gutters.

We hired these guys to strip and paint the outside of an old farmhouse. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion at a reasonable rate. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We kinda missed them when the job was complete.

We had an excellent result from hiring AJK Homes. Alex was extremely personable, price was fair, work done exactly on schedule, and the area was left neat and clean. We will keep his name in our files for future needs. We highly recommend AJK Homes.

Alex was on time and did a great job replacing a bad gutter and cleaning the rest . He also installed an inside rail in our back entry. Very pleased and would hire again.
