About us
As a 2nd generation master plumber, my Dad taught me by example. We have developed long term working relationships based upon trust and fairness. It is not uncommon to have a new customer, upon just receiving service, call to let me know how much they appreciate our personable staff and their efficiency. For someone to take the time to do that is very gratifying and much appreciated. When you call A.R.Zukowski Plumbing & Heating, Inc., most times you will be talking directly to me or, Susan Zukowski. We'll discuss the problem, quote you a price, and will work to set up a time that's convenient for you. Two great principles I picked up were: ONE: For any job you do, large or small, do it the right way and do it with pride. TWO: When dealing with people, always treat everyone fairly and with respect. Since 1987 we have been doing that and have been trusted by many for our friendly, fair, and efficient service.

"We were asked by this customer to give a price to repipe a section of steam piping. The customer was given the price and agreed to have us do the work. We picked up the proper materials for the job at our suppliers, and returned and did the work. In summary, we did exactly what we explained we would do, for exactly the cost we quoted, and done in scheduled time we said it would be done."
"Patricia, Sorry for the misunderstanding. You were quoted the price of the job and were told that permit costs would be an additional cost. In order to expedite your job, we asked that you drop off the permit, rather than pay us additional to do that for you, or wait for the postal service to deliver. In either case, we did state that the permit cost was not included and you did not get billed twice as you stated."
