They gave me the first appointment of the day to accommodate my schedule. Their technician, Luke, was on time, customer- oriented, courteous and professional. He wore a mask at my request and made sure he kept my rugs and floor coverings clean as he did the work. After reviewing the old install, he explained the process to me and discussed toilets he’d brought to do the job. The quote he provided was competitive and reasonable for replacement with a Kohler model I liked. He removed the old toilet carefully and installed the new one, testing to ensure there were no leaks. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me. They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented.
