After reviewing the old install, he explained the process to me and discussed toilets he’d brought to do the job. The quote he provided was competitive and reasonable for replacement with a Kohler model I liked. He removed the old toilet carefully and installed the new one, testing to ensure there were no leaks. TJ did not try to oversell the project (he actually suggested doing less rather than more) and was able to have a custom counter/sink made for a very tricky cabinet base. His crew installed 2 toilets, a light fixture, and a new sink top (including all new plumbing in the cabinet) in less than a day AND in the middle of a pandemic and snowy weather. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me.
