I contacted them with my problem on 6/19/20. I didn't need an emergency call over the weekend. They agreed as well. They told me that they would show up on 6/22/20 as I knew they were trying to squeeze me in. They showed up sooner than expected and completed the job and gave me recommendation on toilet maintenance. Would use then again. Prices were reasonable. Prompt and professional business.

We couldn't be happier with Fletcher's response, professionalism and the cost of the work (on the Sunday before Christmas Eve). We called for help mid morning on Sunday, the phone was answered by a very nice woman (sorry I didn't jot down her name). She took our info and we were called about 15 min later by the tech on call; Steve. He was out straight but assured us he'd get to us as soon as possible. 2 pm, Bernard called and said he was on the way. Said he'd been called in early to help get everyone taken care of (wow...). Long story short (sorry) Bernard cleared the problem, double checked with his camera to be sure the drain was clear, Very nice, very professional guy. Big surprise was the job was 1/2 what a "rooter" company quoted us as a minimum. Got a drain problem, call Fletcher Sewer & Drain Inc.

Great! The two men who came figure out where the water was supposed to go, which was tricky with a dry box quite a long distance away, under my patio tiles, leading to a clogged pipe deep in a slopy section of my garden. They not only figured it all out, but unclogged two pipes, a drain, and the dry box. I was afraid I'd have to have my driveway excavated, my stone wall taken apart....they were great!

Basement flooded and it was well beyond plunging. I call my plumber and he referred me to Fletcher. I call and spoke to Jimmy, he was understanding and was trying to fit me in that evening, but agreed that the next day was easier. I received a call the next day from Justin telling me to expect him in about 25 minutes. Once he showed up we chatted and he answered all my questions quite articulately and explained the diagnostic process. He removed the clog and ran a camera through the pipes to look for any other possible issues. This was a crappy situation made better by the quality of work and professionalism of the staff I interacted with at Fletcher. If needed they are my go to guys for this type of situation.

The tech that came to our house called before he got here to let us know what time he would arrive. He was very professional and kept us informed of what he was doing at all times. Would recommend Fletcher and specifically tech Jeff to anyone who has similar issues.

Very well. Courteous, professional, got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. We also went to the basement to make sure nothing was leaking down there as an aftereffect of the snake. I would never have thought of that.

The video pipe inspection (which you get on a USB) really educates you on whats the state of your piping, from the mains back into the house. For me, I initially thought we had a back flow issue from the main sewage line, however the video showed it to be tree roots which are accessing the pipe; about 6 feet from the basement wall. They removed what they can of the roots that made it inside the pipe. I would need a plumber to dig it up and fix the root issue further, should I choose to do so.

The tech DJ was unbelievably good. 5 stars. Very professional. They came out fast and they even made a call before hand. The job was stress free. They seem to care about senior citizens I told them my mother is 89 and they came out very quickly to help with our situation.

Shortly before Christmas, we had a nasty backup through an old uncapped clean-out pipe in the floor of our basement. We called out usual plumber, and after determining the cause of the backup he recommended we contact Fletcher Sewer and Drain. Their staff were courteous and attending on the phone, and they were able to get a team out to our house that afternoon.
The team called when they were 15 minutes out, and arrived right on time. Upon inspecting the areas of concern, they quickly set to work. First, they used a SeeSnake (plumber's snake with a camera) to identify the "root cause" of the issue (pun intended): the house had sat empty for several years prior to our recent purchase, and so we had several places where tree roots had grown into the joints where various pieces of the line connected. Throughout the process, the technicians explained what they were seeing to me and clearly described the measures they would take to mitigate the issue.
The next step was to use a massive plumber's snake with specially-designed cutting blades to remove the roots from the line. Once the blockage was cleared (about 2.5 hours later), the technicians cleaned up the soiled area around the drain and gave me some information about maintaining the line in the future, including some products I can use myself (which they don't sell, but other customers swear by) to keep from having to pay them to come out more often. They then provided me with a DVD of the SeeSnake video of my system (complete with their narration of what they encountered) for my records, which will be very useful to my plumber when he returns to cap the unused clean-out.
One aspect of the service that I really appreciated was that at one point, the technicians realized that we had moved into the main line from the town (which also had massive amounts of roots growing in it).  I would have been unable to tell that we had left my property, but rather than continuing to work (and charge me) the technicians pointed out that there was no reason for me to pay to maintain the town's line. They gave me the information I needed to request the town come out to perform maintenance on the line, and offered to speak with them should they need any additional information.
Their integrity and professionalism were much appreciated, and I would highly recommend Fletcher Sewer and Drain.

The two technicians arrived promptly and quickly set to work in the cellar with their electrical snake and computerized camera equipment. They discovered a huge ball of roots which required quite a bit of time and effort to saw through and remove. They ran an expandable saw to thoroughly clean the drain line fifty feet, and ran the camera again to inspect the line. They professionally and efficiently solved any problems they ran into. I highly recommend them.

I called Fletcher Sewer & Drain, Inc. to have my rental property bathroom drains cleared.  The phone call was answered immediately and I gave my telephone number for a call back.  I was called back within a few minutes and provided the company with details.  I provided my credit card information and the phone call ended with an appointment scheduled for the following day.
The technician arrived on time.  He cleared both the bathroom sink drain and the tub drain.  He also inspected the bathroom toilet (which was leaking) and provided a recommendation.  The technician called me when he finished the work and while he was still at the property
I received a copy of the invoice by mail the following week.  The entire process was very smooth.
I have used Fletcher Sewer & Drain, Inc. in the past and would recommend them.

I called Fletcher's at about 11am on 6/5/14 and they arrived at 1:30 pm the same day. Zeke was very professional and explained everything that he was doing as he was working. He was extremely efficient and made sure that the water was running through the all the lines before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! :)

Called the company because my tub got clogged pretty good, and the clog
appeared to be pretty deep.  I had attempted to snake it out myself, and
used some drain cleaning products but nothing worked.  I called
Fletcher and they were able to get me in that day.  They sent over a
technician named Patrick who was very personable, and great to work
with.  He called when he was about 20 minutes out to give me the heads
up that he was on his way, and then was able to assess the problem and
fix it pretty quickly.  He ran water through to make sure that the clog
was completely gone, and wrote me a good summary of the work that was
done.

I suppose they normally get emergencies and were somewhat taken aback that I, about to leave on vacation, didn't want an immediate visit. I don't know what happened to the appointment, but I got a call WHILE on that vacation that they were ready to come and had to remind them that the appointment was for another day.
The service itself went very well. They called when on their way and showed up as scheduled.  They had the right equipment and were done in about 30 seconds, were very personable and professional. I would use them again for clogs as well as sewer line maintenance.

Used state of the art equipment and assured that the blockage was removed, even using a shovel to get to the source of the blockage.

Problem occurred on Sunday afternoon.  Fletcher was responsive and arrived within 1 hour. The equipment seems hi tech, quickly located the problem and cleared the jam in the pipe leading to the septic tank.  This also included digging up the area above the tank to locate the inlet baffle and clear the jam.
