The painters arrived on time and did the work in an organized way. Couldn’t find a nicer crew of painters. Started on Monday and were finished by Wednesday. Tidied up each day after working and in the end they left everything clean and in shipshape! And the price was reasonable too. What’s not to love! "I was thrilled that Leo from Crystal Painting could get his painters to do the work almost right away, which was what I needed. I never met them, but my tenants said they were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was because I did think the price was a little high. But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!"

"I usually do not write reviews because most contractors that I have worked with over the years will tell you one thing but deliver something else. I got three quotes but Brian's was the least expensive. I hired Brian to redo my swirl patterned ceilings which were in disrepair. He clearly explained the process and promised me brand new ceilings. His workers showed up before the scheduled time, prepared the area, and left my house as found. I could not be happier with the work that Brian delivered. As a result, I asked Brian to paint the area and that was perfectly done. Brian is now the person I will call for all future painting jobs. We didn’t realize how satisfying the painting project was going to be. When Christopher Ortoloni arrived, he first walked around our house and then rang the bell. Afterwards, all of us walked around the property while Chris addressed fading paint, hardened caulk, and portions of the house that are exposed to more extreme weather cycles. He was careful and precise and offered valuable suggestions on how to preserve the structure. We have lived in our house for more than 40 years. Chris noted that we had kept it up. "Mark was very friendly, professional, responsive and finished the job a timely manner. He gave us a fair estimate and was able to accurately describe the scope of the project up front. We had just bought a 1967 ranch that needed updating and Mark and his team removed some paneling and layers of old painted wallpaper from almost every room in the house, repaired the walls and painted our new house to get it ready for us to move in and make our home. He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan.
