Chris was on time and very professional.  The process was not rushed at all and he took his time to ensure that we understood everything that he was saying and even took the time to educate us in areas that we were less familiar with.  His report was accurate to what he stated in the walk through and was delivered early the next morning as promised.  Chris did not leave one stone unturned.  He came highly recommended and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good home inspector.

A 14 year rood was found to need replacement on one side only The rest was fine

The electric wiring is old and several plug need to be re-wired.

2 minor plumbing problems on drains

The house which is 250 years old was found to be in excellent condition and well maintained. Chris was

very through and experienced. Would recommend him to any seller or purchaser.

He was very professional and explained things in a way that I could understand them. As it happened, we also had a structural engineer look at the house, and the structural engineer confirmed what the Allmac home inspector said. I guess that means he was accurate, too!
