"?????????? We had an excellent experience with this painting company. Their team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail from start to finish. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the finished result completely transformed our business. They kept the workspace clean, communicated clearly throughout the project, and delivered everything on time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality painting services! Thank you for a job well done!"

"Go with Target. I've used several painters, and I have never had the excellent level of quoting and detailed Statement of Work, customer service responsiveness, crew professionalism, quality of prep work and painting, and ability to deliver on my timeline. I am not easily impressed, but Andy, Gabriella, and team knocked it over the Green Monster!"

Small jobs welcome
"Great experience with Shay and SBL Painting. They painted 90% of the interior of our new home - walls, ceiling, stairways, trim, fireplace mantle. Everything turned out great and they finished way ahead of schedule. I kept adding to the project and they were able to not only accommodate, but do so with great quality and attitude. SBL will be the first company I call for my next painting project."

"Maybe a little more high-end than what I was looking for. They provided a thorough look at their services and asked many relevant questions in order to provide their estimate. But the price was much higher than what HomeAdvisor suggests this project should cost, and I chose a contractor that came closer to the suggested price."

"The site visit for the job & quote was very professional, they took measurements, asked clarifying questions etc... Quote was delivered quickly and was very competitive compared to other 4 that I received. Their follow-up on the quote was helpful and said a lot about how they would handle the project. Upon signing the contract, they sent Chris out (Project Mgr) the Sat before the Monday start to go over everything again and make sure my expectations were clear. The team of Ronnie and Eddie showed up on Monday and were very professional. Powerwashed everything w care, took all the downspouts off to get the best professional look, even cleaned my gutters which was an add they were happy to do. The job was done per the contract to a T. they cut zero corners and went above and beyond delivering outstanding service and quality on a 90 year old home! I highly recommend Team Lighthouse for your next painting project!!"

"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. We were totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the finished product."

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.
The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.
The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.
The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
